I am extremely frustrated with the fact that I have Gingerbread 2.3.5 and want ICS. Is there a way to get it other that rooting? Will rooting void my warranty?

As long as you are on wifi, and are logged into your google / google play and music account there should be no issue playing google music songs. All 3 accounts are the same for me, and google music works. Make sure you update all the app on the player, and download the google music app (free) in the play store.

The battery has problem.

Hi,
I bought this Galaxy player(First model) in Korea.
and i've been in here for 3 months.
Actually A problem occured when i arrived. (maybe November 3rd 2011)
It was turned off by itself, reset by itself.
So I tried to upgrade it to Gingerbread ver.
But it still has been showed problem. maybe i think the battery occurs this problem.
Even though I charged enough Galaxy player, he battery had gone in minutes.

I want to go to Service center, i live in Boston and i don't have anytime to go there.
Can i buy the battery in Boston?
or Do you have any ways for solving problems?
Please answer for me.

Kies won't connect to my player

Kies asks me to reconnect in Samsung Kies (PC Studio) Mode.
I don't know what that is.

I updated Kies, but the newer version says the device is unsupported.
