I need to reset the device to a New User Account on Google. I am Test Pilot for these notebooks on a Cr-48 that is on Dev Channel. This is causing issues with the new Chrome Notebook recognizing me as the Owner.

I just got my chromebook. First charged to 100% and then let the battery run down. Now when I try to recharge, it will only charge to 22% of capacity. Please advise.

I just got my Chromebook a month ago and I'm getting a hardware error with the Multi-Card reader that is making it not operational. I thought maybe this could have been caused by one of Google's software updates, so before I request a repair I thought I would try a factory reset to see if that fixed the issue. I don't see any procedures on how to do that on the support page. Could you get me to the process for that.

i can see the camera above the screen but have no clue as to how to use it. i only received a quick start guide and safety guide but no in depth 'how to' pamphlet.

I plan to purchase a Chrome netbook and use it in Europe (Italy). The Italian cell networks have a product which is a USB cellulare modem that connects at 21mb/sec (or thereabouts). The retailers claim the cellular modem will install on a Windows 7 netbook. Without knowing the brand of cellular modem can you confirm that it will install on a Chrome netbook. What are the chances it will find the driver it needs?

I have the chromebook on the Internet. I have the chromebook set to the correct timezone. -6 GMT and it is still holding the wrong time. My unit's time shows it being 8 hours into the future.

This chromebook 5 is set to -6 GMT and displays a time of +8 GMT.
