Since the C550 does not offer DLNA or Internet connectivity, the WIS09ABGN, nor any other wireless dongle, will be compatible with said unit.

Any wireless router that offers the WiFi 802.11 standards should be compatible with the Samsung Linkstick. Although Samsung does not recommend any one router over another, I would suggest you head to your local electronics retailer for further assistance in the selection of the right router for your needs.

Any Wireless router will work. An 'N' or 'G' besed router would be best with 'N' being the fastest.

Although there is no actual manual for the WIS09ABGN; most, if not all, instructions for connectivity are located within the manuals for the Samsung TVs, BD players and Home theater systems that use the Linkstick to connect to a network.

It works very well with my AirPort Extreme, set-up was extremely easy and the connection is very reliable. I would suspect you should have the same experience with your AirPort Express.

The Apple air express is compatible with both Apple and PC based products as long as you are using a min of a USB 2.0 and 2.4 gig eqiupment.

I'm sorry for the confusion. The WIS09ABGN will only actually work with the "B" and "C" model TVs, however, the WIS08BG that works with the "A" models is currently discontinued as you have stated. Although some retailers may still have stock of this product, Samsung no longer offers this device for sale.

The Samsung Linkstick is not meant to be used with your PC. The Linkstick will only be compatible with the Internet or Network capable Samsung products (TVs, BD players and Home theater systems).

The LinkStick is supposed to work on select newer Samsung TV's and Blu-Ray players only -- not with computers. The tv and or player already has the correct driver software installed so this stick is used to plug into the USB port of a Samsung TV or Blu-Ray player and then connect to your wireless network (via your wireless router.)

I'm sorry for the confusion. These two models are actually the same units. The last few characters in the model number (in this case the "X") are used by Samsung for shipping and tracking purposes mainly and are sometimes used by retailers to better track their own inventory. Very rarely do these characters mean that the units offer different features or sizes.

With that said, the WIS09ABGNX will be compatible with your UN32C6500.

The WIS09ABGN works with 2009 and newer HDTV's; if your TV is too old, it will not work, The WIS09ABGNX works only for Samsung Blueray players.

Although the main body of the WIS09ABGN is the part of the unit you want to connect to your device, it is only compatible with Samsung devices that offer Internet connectivity (some 2010 TVs and all 2010 BD players). However, the Linkstick will not be compatible with Samsung DVD players or DVD Home Theaters.

Not all models support wireless connectivity. Locate the model number and review the specifications carefully. Your dvd player may only support wired connectivity. HTH.

Yes, the WIS09ABGN Wireless Adapter does come with an Instruction Manual.

To connect your Wireless Adapter, use the L adapter if it fits... Do not force the L shape adapter, if the usb port is a bit too close to the back of the LCD Flat Panel. Just remove the adapter, then push it into any usb ports.

A box should pop up automatically, and asks to configure the new wireless usb, to connect to a wireless network.

You should see your network appear on the Wi-Fi search screen. If this does not work, try unplugging the power cable from your router or modem. Wait 15 seconds, then reconnect the power to router, and or modem.

Now, wait till the router boots up, and try to reconnect to see if it now shows up on the Wi-Fi search screen.

If it does show your network, then simply click on the network, and punch in your wireless password. If you don't know your password, then try looking on the back, or bottom of your router, and a you should see a default wireless password. Type that in.

For Cable modems Only! --- Call your service provider, and find your way to service issues, then when asked to REFRESH your modem, hit yes.

If all of these steps do not work, I would advise to change your Wireless Security settings to WPA, instead of WPA2. There are compatibility issues with some networks, and most wireless devices will always connect to a WPA security setting.

Depends on your Wireless settings of your router, meaning do you use a Security key or not, WEP WPA WPA2. Read the paper that came with the device, I recall having read it won't connect if one has WEP enable. I am using WPA2 security; switch on my device (TV) plugged it in and followed the prompts that were displayed on the screen. Searched for Wireless source and added my security key did a test and it was ready to go. Be sure the encryption key is not too long and all should work just fine. I have done it several times and each time was a breeze. Hope this will help. Even tried it with the WPS feature on my router, which was also a breeze.

The Samsung Linkstick only facilitates a connection from a home network to the connected device, and therefore will not have direct control over security settings. However, security settings can be set through the Samsung device you are connecting the Linkstick to. Please refer to your device's manual for more information on security compatibility.

Since you did not specify which TV you are connecting the Linkstick to, I cannot say if the Linkstick would even be compatible. The Linkstick only facilitates an internet connection to your TV IF your TV offers Internet@TV. The Linkstick cannot add additional features to a TV that does not already come with said features preinstalled.

The wireless adapter will not be included with the BD-P1590 player. However, the Linkstick you are asking this question under, the WIS09ABGN, will be the compatible linkstick for the BD-P1590.

If you are able to connect to it at 2.4ghz then yes you will be able to. It's a 2.4/5ghz dongle, it states right on the front of the packaging.

Currently, the WIS09ABGN is the only wireless adapter that will work with the Samsung devices that offer Internet@TV and network connectivity.

Since the WIS09ABGN only receives a WiFi signal from a home router, the distance is actually determined by your router's range. Unfortunately, I do not have any information for signal loss through different material; however, I do know that metal walls or water piping can adversely effect your signal strength.

The WIS09ABGN Wireless USB Adapter is not compatible with the LN46A850S1FXZA model LCD TV.
The WIS08ABxx model of Wireless USB adapters, are compatible with the LN46A850S1FXZA TV.
