I'm sorry to hear you're having problems using bleach with your WF419 washer. The detergent, bleach and fabric softener dispensers are designed to release their contents into the washer at the ideal times, after water has already been added. Bleach is added at a different point in the cycle than the other products to optimize the stain fighting of each product.
If bleach is being added to your garments directly and undiluted so it is causing bleach stains, I would suggest calling 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help you confirm that you have the current dispenser siphon cups in place. Once that is confirmed, please make sure you are filling the bleach cup no further than the "MAX" line. I would also check to be sure the machine is properly leveled, since tilting either forward, backward, or to one side could effect the ability of the dispenser to contain then release its contents properly. Additionally, checking the water inlet hoses and screens will confirm that the proper amount of water is entering the dispenser area to dilute and flush the contents into the wash drum.
If you continue to experience this issue after checking each of these suggestions then your washer may require service. Arranging service through Samsung will help to ensure continuity and thorough tracking of your service issues through the serial number of your unit.
