Yes you can. Make sure it's rated HE. Remove the liquid tray from the dispenser and add the recommended amount of powder detergent.

It is not unusual to not be able to see the water through the door during a wash load. If you're concerned about the water level, I would suggest running a Quick Wash cycle with no clothes, and comparing the water level during the initial fill and operating portions of the cycle with the attached photos.

Though the doors on Samsung's front load washers, including the WF350, cannot be reversed, the dryer doors on the DV350 and other models can be set up to open left to right or right to left. The dryers actually come with the doors opening left to right (the hinge is on the right).

The 17-inch clearance recommendation is specific to installations in closets or alcoves to ensure sufficient ventilation. If your laundry room is open with ample ventilation, that requirement is not relevant. Please use caution in placing anything on top of the washer and dryer to avoid scratching, and keep in mind that objects placed on top of the units while they are running may be effected if there is any vibration.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WF350 washer. If the washer is plugged into a grounded (3-prong), 120V outlet, the power cord is not damaged, and the circuit breaker has been checked and it will not power on, it will require service. If it powers on but will not start when you press the Start/Pause button, make sure the door is closed securely and a cycle is selected. If it still won't start it will require service.

Samsung recommends following the directions on the fabric softener package with regard to the proper amount to use, and only using products that are formulated for HE washers.

Unfortunately, Samsung does not have touch up paint available. I would suggest contacting your local appliance, hardware or home improvement store for assistance finding a suitable alternative to touch up paint. You could also visit SamsungParts.com for information and availability of replacement parts, depending on the location of the damage on your washer.

Since steam itself is very hot, I would suggest using this option only on garments that can stand up to heat. Please refer to the garment's fabric care instructions to determine whether heat settings are appropriate.

The WF350 user manual includes a Fabric Care Chart and Cycle Chart, but not a "load size chart". This model is large enough to fit a king size comforter or about 26 standard (24" x 44") bath towels. The washer's automatic weight sensor will detect the size of the load and make the necessary water level adjustments accordingly.

Like most front load washers, the door on the WF350ANR opens from right to left and cannot be reversed to open from left to right because of the location of the door lock. The dryer doors, however, are reversible.

Most Samsung front load washers produced from 2008 through 2011 or later do have debris filters. The WF350 is one of these. You'll find the debris filter located on the lower front of the machine through the small access door. If the washer is still rocking back and forth during the spin cycle, the leveling is probably not complete. Even if it appears the washer is balanced, if there is any movement possible in the legs, you may need to do some further adjustment so the washer feet are firmly planted.
