I would suggest paying special attention to the advice about running the SilverCare cycle if you have not already done so. The beauty of SilverCare, which is available on the WF337, is that it can be used in any temperature water, and it will help to remove the odor-causing bacteria from your clothes and your wash drum simultaneously.
If you've been using SilverCare for a while and it no longer appears to be effective, then it's possible that the SilverCare kit needs to be replaced. To determine if this is the case, press the Signal and SilverCare buttons simultaneously; if the display reads LU0, then it's time to replace the SilverCare kit.
