Just bought washer WF331ANR/XAA tomorrow. I see the product dimensions on line -- but wondering if you know the dimensions of the actual "footprint" of the washer -- around the legs of the washer?
Trying to figure out if I can fit the product into the washer drip tray we have in the washer/dyer space (the tray is 30 by 30). Thank you!!

While you should be able to fit the WF331ANR/XAA into a 30" x 30" drip tray, you may have difficulty leveling it depending on the height of the sides of the tray. If necessary, you may find it helpful to use vibration reduction pads placed under the feet of the washer in order to raise it up so you can effectively level the washer.

most likely because the siphon tube in the liquid detergent tray is not pressed down securely.

Left over water is normal. I dont know of any front loaders that dont have some water left in the dispenser.

I would not suggest forcing the door open; doing so could damage the washer. To unlock the door, try cycling the power to the washer by unplugging it then plugging it back in, or turning the circuit breaker off then on again. The door should unlock when you press the Power button. If the cycle had been in progress or if the Pause button had been pressed prior to powering it down, try pressing the Start/Pause button. If the door still won't unlock, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether your washer will require service.

yes it might be a tenth off EX(4.2) but they are huge the paddles on the drum give more room good design only diff is gas/electricity

Washing scatter rugs

Bath rugs and scatter rugs will not spin out. Setting gets stuck on 7 minutes...the first time for a full half hour. Removed 2 rugs, left 2 in and still would not spin out although the drum was moving.....

Question

I pushed the delay start to display the hours, then hit start and the machine started. When i just push delay start it did not start when time was up

I pushed dlelay start to dispay six hours. Machine was on, loaded and all wash options were lighted however it did not start when the six hours was up. I then repeated the above procedure and hit start, the machine started without delay
