Replace the machine to its original position.

Samsung recommends running Pure Cycle about once per month, or after every 40 cycles. The Pure Cycle Auto Alarm Light will come on when it is time to run this drum cleansing treatment. For more information, please refer to page 28 of the User Manual, which can be downloaded as a pdf file from this website.

In the user manual for your washer, Samsung recommends that you clean the debris filter when your water does not drain well. This is located on the bottom right of your washing machine. Also if your washer is smelling musty they recommend cleaning the interior of your washing machine as well. Inside of your washing machine can have dirt, soil, odor, mildew or bacteria. Failure to do so may result in unpleasant odor. This is all stated in your user manual if you need any further explanations. I hope this helps.

Hi Tony. No, there is not a Spin Only Option on this model. However, there is a Rinse and Spin Option. It will rinse the clothes again (not a bad thing) and then spin. The up side to this is that you said you washed under the Bedding Cycle, which does not allow for a High final spin speed. The Rinse and Spin Option does, so even though it will rinse them again, they should actually come out dryer from the High spin speed. A word of caution though, with the high spin speed, depending on the bedding material, it may come out a bit more wrinkled. I'd also recommend washing towels separately if possible because the bedding cycle does not allow a high spin speed, which towels definitely need. Next time you do bedding, don't add any other items and see if the bedding comes out much dryer due to the lower spin speed for that cycle. Peace!

Thanks for the question. The WF330 is designed to fit a king size comforter or 26 standard 24" x 44" bath towels. Because their are so many different garments and fabric types, it is impossible to give an exact number of garments that can be placed in the washing machine.

Hi there. In short, yes. The minutes left indicator is not absolute. It is the estimated time left. Is your washer new? If so, during the first few weeks it can take the machine longer than normal to balance out the load before it goes into its final high speed spin. I was ready to return my machine, until I called the Samsung 800 number and was told this. They really need to include it in the owners manual.
It balances out the load by draining the water, then slowly spinning to evenly distribute the load before increasing the RPM's to extract the water.

If your machine is not newer, you can overload the machine. You can definitely fill the entire tub with dry clothes at the beginning of the wash cycle, but don't overly cram it to where it's tight. You should be able to still stick your arm in between the clothes and the top of the tub and move your fingers at least half and inch. If you can't - it's overloaded and this can lead to poor wash performance and difficulty in balancing out before the spin cycle, especially the final high speed spin cycle. Also if possible, try to wash similar items together: towels, jeans, pants, shirts, socks with t-shirts and undergarments. You can wash different items together, but try to keep it "balanced". Say you have a load of shirts and pants, and you add a sweater in with the load. This will cause a problem because the sweater will hold more water and will cause trouble during the spin cycle as it weighs more than anything else. The solution? Add another sweater. That should help. Here's a few examples of good mixed item loads:

4 pairs of jeans, 8 shirts and two sweatshirts

5 pairs of jeans and 4 regular sweaters

Wash items of similar weight together if at all possible, if not, balance the load by using the same number of items, i.e. 3 pair of jeans, 3 sweaters and 3 shirts.

It's not unusual to have a small amount of water remaining in the detergent drawer at the end of the cycle. However, more than a small amount may indicate that the washer is not properly leveled, and is leaning forward somewhat. I would suggest using a carpenter's level to check both front to back and side to side leveling, ensuring that the bubble on the level is perfectly centered. Run a Rinse and Spin cycle with no clothes to determine if there is any vibration, then fine-tune the adjustment to ensure all four feet are firmly planted on the floor to minimize any vibration. Once the leveling is complete, be sure to screw the plastic leg locks into place as far up as they'll go so the legs don't become loose and change their position over time.

It's fine to wash small loads in your washer. The automatic weight sensors will adjust the water level accordingly. If the clothes are very wet at the end of the cycle, it's possible there are too few items for distributing the weight evenly during the spin cycle. Yes, you can add baking soda to the WF330 by pouring ½ cup directly into the drum.
