If the door is locked and the WF316 is not in the middle of a Sanitize cycle, try pressing the Start/Pause button to disengage the lock. If it won't unlock, try shutting the power off, then cycling the power to the machine by unplugging it for 30 seconds then plugging it back in or turning the circuit breaker off then on again. If the door still won't open, your washer will require service.
