I have a Convoy SHC 640 and recently got a WEP750 bluetooth headset. I could use the headset for phone conversations but I cannot listen music over the headset even though I could do so on phone's speakers. Any help or info is appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry.

WEP750 supports handsfree and headset profile that allows handsfree communication only. This bluetooth headset does not support Advanced Audio Distribution (A2DP) profile that would allow music streaming with the phone.

Although the handset SCH-U640 supports A2DP capability, it would require a stereo bluetooth headset to allow music streaming .

Hi dooodaaaa!

Thank you for your correspondence. It is possible that the HTC phone is not on discoverable mode. It is important also that on the WEP500, the LED must be on solid light state. However, we don't have information on the 3rd party phone; you may have to contact the manufacturer of the phone for pairing to the Bluetooth device.

Turning off autodial

I use one of your WEP500 Bluetooth Mono Headsets. Sometimes early in the morning when I am putting on my headset for my drive I inadvertently hit the button and it goes into the autodial mode (call last number I dialed), calling someone I didn't want to call at 6:00am. Can that function be turned off?
