You need to set the WEP350 in pairing mode so that your phone will be able to find it and you will be able to connect it.

Here's how you can set the WEP350 in pairing mode.

While the WEP350 is OFF, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 15-20 seconds until the indicator light turns solid blue not blinking blue.

Once the LED of the WEP350 is in solid blue, use your phone in searching for the WEP350.

Hi, please press and hold the function button/power key on your wep 350 until it shows a steady light. Once it has a steady light, you may try to search and pair it again.
