Yes, you need go to MENU → System → PIP → ENTER. You can watch a program whose signal has passed through the TV’s tuner and video from one external video source simultaneously. For example, if you have a cable box connected to the Cable In jack, you can use PIP to watch programs from the cable box and a movie from a Blu-ray player attached to the HDMI In jack.
I'm very disappointed the Amazon Video on Demand app is still not released. Is there an estimated date for the release ? I have two 2011 Samsung TV's and I really need this app to enjoy them both to their fullest potential.

You have to go to amazon and get it Amazon Instant Video on Samsung
Correct. After I did some research myself, apparently this particular model of the Samsung SmartTV series does not have a qwerty keyboard available nor is the Qwerty remote possible.

Make sure you have your HDMI cable connected. Click on the "SOURCE" button on the remote, and select the HDMI option where its connected to the Cable and not the "TV" Then when you change the channel and you wont hear the popping sound.

From the available information, this model will not offer compatibility with the QWERTY remote control. Additionally, none of the current and previous generation Samsung TVs will offer support for 3rd party keyboards and mice.
DouglasB, your question is a little puzzling, but if I understand correctly; you have tried the digitial cable output and fibre optic output from the TV to a receiver of some model that has Bose speakers. When you've made these cable connections, the sound still comes out of the TV speakers? Have you gone into the TV Settings to change the output of the sound from TV Speakers to EXT? You must do this in order to direct the sound to the external outputs. Hope this helps.
With one SUPER VGA or VGA 15 pin cable male/male you can use this tv like pc monitor and if you use one VGA data switch 2 ports you can use two monitors for your pc. One is yor pc monitor and other is your tv. I did with mine and its cool!!!

I have the latest firmware, I can open the Hub just fine, but when I go to the App center the TV hangs for approx 30 seconds and then reboots.
What gives?

To connect your devices to the Samsung TVs, you will have several input choices. If you device supports it, I highly recommend using the HDMI inputs/outputs to connect between your TV and the device. HDMI will offer the best video and audio transmission available all through just one cable. You can also use Component (RED/GREEN/BLUE) cables or Composite (Yellow) to connect video and RED/WHITE RCA cables to connect the audio to the TV to both of these inputs. Which connection you use is totally up to you and which outputs your devices offer.
How do you adjust the TV settings for gaming? Picture seems to lag XBOX controller commands.
Same XBOX and game played on new Samsung model UN60D6000SF LED television seems sluggish and difficult to control gaming character in HALO gaming. Have tinkered with some of the settings, but controller commanded movements are sluggish and aiming on the move nearly impossible. What can be adjusted on the TV to correct this condition?

I would suggest turning Game Mode on. Game Mode bypasses some of the TVs processors to give you an almost direct feed from your game system. This will help in the time it takes the signal to travel from the game system to the panel, effectively reducing the time between when you press your action button to when you see the action displayed on the screen, making for more accurate responses. If you head to your TV's menu (by pressing the "Menu" button on your remote control), then scroll down and select the Setup/System sub-menu, you will see the “General” option. Within this option, you will find the Game Mode option. If Game Mode is grayed out, this means you do not have your device connected to an input that supports game mode.

Question
What is Correct LinkStick USB Adapter for this Model?
I have a Samsung Series 6 6000 model Smart LED TV. I turned it on for the first time and the screen flickered. To be more specific, I am watching a bluray movie that is ported through an HDMI cable to HDMI port 1 which looks fine until a dark, solid colored line will pass through the screen. Sometimes the problem presents itself as a square, sometimes an odd pixelated shape. I proceded to read the manual and attempted to trouble shoot the problem. The manual instructed me to turn off two items in the Eco solution section under the settings option. I proceded to do that but the problem persists. Any suggestions?
