We have been trying to change settings to eliminate the automatic LED dimming when the screen gets dark...particularly when it seems the screen goes totally black.
We have worked with the eco settings and backlight/brightness settings, but no luck. We have researched this, and understand that it is called CE Dimming, but we cannot see how to disable this feature.
The change in black levels is distracting.
Please advise go to disable this.

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
Our resident TV specialist recommends you change the Eco Sensor to OFF, Dynamic Contrast to OFF, Motion Lighting to OFF and Shadow Detail to OFF. He indicates the CE Dimming is a setting in the service menu of 2009 TV models.

For the UN55ES6150, you'll want to use Samsung's Skype TV Camera, model # VG-STC2000. This camera also just so happens to be compatible with any 2012 "ES" TV that does not already have a built-in camera and that supports Skype connectivity.

How can I use my HTIB for sound when watching normal TV, Netflix and Hulu+
My previous TV was a Samsung and I had no problem with this cause I was using component cables. Since I upgraded to this Smart TV I don't have the extra plugs for my HTIB and my X-box 360 so I am connection the HTIB by using an HDMI cord. I can get sound when watching a movie but that's all. When I access the SMART HUB I get a message that the Anynet+ is disconnecting and it goes to regular sound from the TV speakers. I would like to have all sound come from my HTIB especially when I am gaming. My HTIB deos not have a Digital Optical Out plug and I don't thin it supports ARC. Is ther any way I can make this happen?

How do you set up the wi-fi network to work with a wireless keyboard or mouse? It does not give you any instructions what so ever. I looked in the e-manual, but it doesn't give you any instructions. When I go into support and click on keyboard there is an option to choose your keyboard, but it says none. So how do you set it up?

Thank you for contacting Samsung. Any EPSN app would be developed by ESPN, so we cannot comment on their development goals. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
Thank you for contacting Samsung. The question is misguided, since it incorrectly assumes that the Internet is a single system rather than a collection of networked systems. If you'd like to rephrase your question, please contact us at qasupport@sea.samsung.com and provide us with your new wording. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
