How can I get the TV remote to control the sound bar volume?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the TV has a fixed volume output, so it won't be able tell the sound bar what to change the volume to. So you won't be able to do this from your TV remote; you'll need to use a universal remote.
I've had this set for about a month. The picture has always been bright and clear. That's the reason I bought the set. On Sunday, a software or firmware update took place. A few hours after this executed, the picture suddenly dimmed. It's never dimmed before. I've turned the ECO off and the picture brightened but not like it was before. In the mornings, the picture is very dark. My wife has noticed that the picture has dimmed when she's watching it during the day and notice that the picture gradually brightens.
Any ideas?

When the Netflix app fails to "connect" it throws up a notification box with an OK button. No matter what control is pressed (including power off) it will not respond. The only solution is to unplug the TV. Is there something I could do or is the app flawed or or or Thanks for your ideas

Thank you for contacting Samsung, You can use your TV as a monitor for your laptop. If you have successfully connected your laptop and have the MSN screen on the TV you would use the keyboard and mouse on the laptop. The TV is only used to display the video signal from the laptop in this type of setup.
Two things have been driving me crazy lately with this piece of junk. First, it is not pulling all programming from Netflix. You select a movie, show, etc, and it may or may not work. It will say "not available at this time" in most cases. Or it might work. Second, every time I select the Netflix app to try my luck, it asks me to enter my user name and password, which as you know, can be very painful in the absence of a full keyboard. Paid too much money for this no good product. Only 3 months old toy. Have been getting in touch with Samsung about this but no one seems to have an answer. So, one more time, what you got to say for yourself, Samsung?

I registered my TV but when I try to use Facebook it says I have to register to use it. ThenI got some strange registration to link accounts or something. I just want to use Facebook. Should be simple.

Does the Galaxy Note 2 smartphone allow moving apps to the SD card? Some Samsung smartphones prevented apps from being moved to expanded storage, is this one of them? How about the Galaxy S3? If so, it will be a deal breaker for me. I intend to upgrade 2 Sprint lines of service this week/weekend pending an answer to this question.

Storing apps on the microSD card is actually more dependent on the App itself then on the device. If the app allows for SD card storage, you should be able to move the app easily (within the Application option in the Note's/SGS3's settings). However, if the app does not allow for this functionality, it cannot be moved. There are also 3rd party apps on the Google Play Store that will allow for this sort of functionality, but unfortunately I will not be able to assist you in picking the right one since they are not Samsung developed apps.
