In order to view 3D on your TV (once enabled), you would need a pair of Samsung 3D Active Glasses.

Once you have the 3D glasses, using your TV remote, turn on 3D on your TV by pressing MENU > Picture > 3D > ENTER.

Question

This keeps popping up in the bottom right hand corner of my screen.

Several icons appear in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. They stay for between 3 to 15 seconds, then disappear. They show up again at odd intervals. Why are they there, what are they for, and how can I rid myself of this HUGE distraction??

We have consulted with our resident television expert and he indicates that either something is touching the touch-sensitive area on the side of the TV or the sensor is going bad. He recommends you file a service request to have the issue inspected by an authorized service technician.

I'm very sorry you are having an issue with connecting to Netflix. Although contacting Samsung service at 800-SAMSUNG would be your next best course of action, I would suggest following the link below for more information on accessing Netflix from a device that has access to the service, but is not currently connecting to it.

Picture "stuttering" on TV Shows

This may have been asked before, but it only seems to happen on Cable TV shows/Network TV sitcoms. It's almost like the picture "stutters" a bit and is constantly playing catch up. It comes and goes throughout the program, but it gets annoying watching a program like this. I don't think it happens when watching sports. Should I try switching the auto-motion setting? It's currently off.
