Not to deflect the question, but I'm going to send you elsewhere on this question. There are number of possibilities why a content decides to pull an app, but ultimately, it was Google's decision to remove it.
TV wireless is correctly connected. Netflix can be accessed on my PC. Netflix worked last night. Hulu and Vudu seemed to connect. Any ideas?

I’m sorry you are having an issue with your device. With the information you have provided, it would be best if you navigate to the Samsung Support Page and either click on the link to speak with a Live Rep directly under the “Contact Support” section in the middle of the page or request service for your device under the “Schedule a Repair” section.
From the available information, this unit will not offer the Web Browser. The Browser will only be available on the D6300 and the D6900 and higher LED TVs and the D8000 Plasma TV. Unfortunately, I currently do not have any information on Samsung Apps or Smart TV features being added to the 2010 and earlier models that do not offer previously mentioned features.
I’m sorry for the confusion. At this time, none of the 2011 Samsung Smart TVs will offer the Amazon VoD service. Since each application is developed by the company that will be supplying the content to the application, Samsung does not have any information or timelines as to when the said application will become available.

I'm sorry for the confusion. The Samsung TVs that offer AllShare and ConnectShare will only offer support for the MP3 audio format.
Why can't I select Dolby Digital for SPDIF Output in the Sound Menu?
I can only select PCM for the SPDIF Output. I have a home receiver connected to my TV through a Digital Optical cable.

When the TV is receiving a coaxial signal, the TV will have the ability to send 5.1 CH sound to the home theater receiver through the Optical output. However, when the source is a digital component connected to the TV via HDMI, only 2 CH audio will be output from all of the TV’s audio output. If you want to hear 5.1 CH audio, please connect the digital audio out jack from your device directly to an amplifier or home theater.
press p-size button on you'r remote and go troo all the difrent size probably sceen fit will resolve it make sure the picture is not being broadcast that way
My TV will not play all .avi files--can this be fixed?
I show pictures and videos on the TV that are stored on a network hard drive. This has worked well until my daugther-in-law sent me files of sonargram videos of our new grandchild in utero. When I tried to run these files I got a message that the codec could not decode the files. I found this to be strange in that these files are .avi files, and I have successfully shown .avi files on the TV that were generated by my Canon camera. Do you have any suggestion as to how I may solve the problem? Is there a software fix that I can install in the TV? Or can you suggest a file conversion program that will solve the problem? Thanks...

Currently, the only wireless adapter that can be used with the appropriate Samsung TVs is the Samsung Linkstick WIS09ABGN or WIS12ABGN. The reason for this is that all other usb wireless adapters require drivers to work. Since there is no feasible way to transfer and save hundreds of different drivers for each adapter on the TVs, Samsung created a USB wireless adapter that will work 100% of the time (plug-n-play), with out drivers. That said, the Linkstick is a WiFi dongle and does not provide wireless internet (cellular). Cellular dongles will not be compatible with the Samsung internet capable devices.
Tv won't turn on. I tried power on TV still won't turn on.
My daughter asked why there was a red light on the lower right side of TV. She never saw it before. The TV turned off OK last night. Nothing eventful happened.

from the available information, the Yahoo App should be available through the Samsung Apps ecosystem in the Smart Hub. The Yahoo App should be located under the "Information" tab within the Samsung Apps section.
Although none of the current and previous generation Samsung TVs will offer support for 3rd party keyboards and mice, this model will offer compatibility with the 2011 Samsung QWERTY remote control.

Although a universal remote would be much easier to set up in this fashion, the Remote that comes with the TV can only be used with the TV itself. The Samsung TV's remote is not a multi-device universal remote. If you have Samsung devices that offer Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) connectivity, then you may be able to use your one TV remote to control said devices without having to program anything.
we are trying to hook the surround sound to the TV and we have no clue where to plug in

To connect the TV to the receiver, please use either 3.5mm jack to RCA or optical cables to connect from the TV's audio outputs to the receiver's audio inputs. The TV’s audio outputs will be located along side all of the inputs and will be marked accordingly. Please refer to the D6420's manual for detailed instructions on how to connect to an audio receiver, starting on page 12.
My TV intermittently displays the error "No Signal check connected device's power, cable connection and source selection". I have seen via web search that there is a potentially known HDMI-Handshake issue with the Samsung TVs that is causing this error. Can you offer any advice? It's making me crazy. Thanks,

For the 2011 Samsung “D” 3D Models, only the 2011 Samsung Active 3D Glasses with built in Bluetooth connectivity will be compatible (the “3000” series- SSG-3100GB, SSG-3300GR, SSG-3500CR). The 2011 glasses will not be compatible with the 2010 TVs and vice versa.
