Our TV has gone back to some kind of display mode. How do we remove this display.
Every 30 seconds a pop up in on the entire left hand side of the screen starts. It goes through 4 different displays showing features of the TV - something you would imagine seeing in the store when purchasing the TV. How do we remove this?

I’m sorry you are having an issue with your device. With the information you have provided, it would be best if you navigate to the Samsung Support Page and either click on the link to speak with a Live Rep directly under the “Contact Support” section in the middle of the page or request service for your device under the “Schedule a Repair” section. You could also try performing a firmware update and see if that solves your issue. Please have your TV's exact model number and serial number ready for faster assistance.

The remote control doesn't hold a charge for more than a few days, even though it's rarely used. What is wrong with it?
The remote's been replaced once (original was defective.) Both had/have an incredibly short battery life despite being kept on a shelf since the slightest movement bumps it on. It--literally--is always dead and must be plugged in for the occasional menu use. (and . . . could it possibly be more difficult to reach the Menu?!!)
Hope there is now a fix for this--sort of ridiculous for this fantastic TV to have such a lousy remote

I had this same problem. I updated the remote with the latest firmware, reprogrammed it with my network settings. so far it holds a charge for at least a week with normal usage.

For the 2010 Samsung “C” 3D Models, only the 2010 Samsung 3D Glasses with IR connectivity will be compatible (the “2000” series- SSG-2100AB, SSG-2200AR). For the 2011 Samsung “D” 3D Models, only the 2011 Samsung 3D Glasses with built in Bluetooth connectivity will be compatible (the “3000” series- SSG-3100GB, SSG-3300GR, SSG-3500CR). The 2011 glasses will not be compatible with the 2010 TVs and vice versa.

hope this has been answered, but if not, here's what worked for me. I'm assuming you followed the user guide directions, so won't repeat those. They left out/weren't clear on a couple of vital points!
When you get a choice of networks, the remote should be paired with the "SEC Network", not your home wireless network. Doesn't make sense, but was the only thing that worked. If you connect to your home network, it works temporarily, but not the next day. Can't remember why.
In case this is a problem, too: Set up TV and set up remote Unplug the dongle and re-plug it if you don't get a wireless option
The user guide leaves a lot to be desired. There were more pages in the user guide for a 25-year-old TV!!

This unit does actually have a 1-tuner PiP system. PiP 1-tuner systems only allow for one cable connection to be shown at a time on the screen. In order to connect it up, you will need a hard line going into the TV (cable coax) and an active secondary connection (HDMI, component, PC). To activate it up, either head into the TV's menu or click the Tools button on the remote control.
Again, you will need both a coax connection and a secondary input connection in order to properly activate and view PiP on your set. If your option is grayed out, this means that one of the required connections is not active and connected properly.
My model number for my TV is UN55C9000 and I am needing the part of the remote charger that plugs into the remote and then the cable plugs into the wall charger.

Although I do not have the actual part numbers, Parts for your product maybe available through 800-SAMSUNG or Samsungparts.com. For Samsungparts.com, just follow the main page links to the parts for your product.
What would cause my UN55C9000 not to see any input signals?
All of a sudden, we turn on our tv and it can't see our satellite receiver or our Samsung BluRay. Both are connected by HDMI cables. It's been working fine for months. What could have changed? Removed and re-connected both HDMI. Even tried another input on tv. nothing works. Help!
