Why would DLNA stop working on a Windows 7 PC for a UN55C7000WFXZA TV?
I have been using both AllShare and PC Manager for a year and a half with no issues, sharing content from a Windows 7 64-bit system. Recently it simply stopped working. There was a day a few weeks ago that it stopped, but started working again the following day. Two days later, it stopped working and I cannot get it to work any longer.
The TV has internet connectivity and apps (i.e. Netflix) work fine. I cannot see the TV from the PC. I factory reset both the TV and the router. For a few hours the reset of the router appeared to resolve the issue, but it stopped working shortly thereafter. I reset the router again today and it did not work at all - no change. The TV is not seen by Windows as a detectable device. I can see it in the network map, so the PC is aware of it at some level, but not where it needs to be. Media settings, etc. are all fine.
I do know that PC Share Manager works from another PC on the same network (and all are on the same subnet), but that's not a viable workaround - I need to have the main PC see the TV.
