Why would DLNA stop working on a Windows 7 PC for a UN55C7000WFXZA TV?

I have been using both AllShare and PC Manager for a year and a half with no issues, sharing content from a Windows 7 64-bit system. Recently it simply stopped working. There was a day a few weeks ago that it stopped, but started working again the following day. Two days later, it stopped working and I cannot get it to work any longer.

The TV has internet connectivity and apps (i.e. Netflix) work fine. I cannot see the TV from the PC. I factory reset both the TV and the router. For a few hours the reset of the router appeared to resolve the issue, but it stopped working shortly thereafter. I reset the router again today and it did not work at all - no change. The TV is not seen by Windows as a detectable device. I can see it in the network map, so the PC is aware of it at some level, but not where it needs to be. Media settings, etc. are all fine.

I do know that PC Share Manager works from another PC on the same network (and all are on the same subnet), but that's not a viable workaround - I need to have the main PC see the TV.

Any ideas?

I have never missed a firmware upgrade for my TV. The last one was from February 2011. Just wondering if there will be more, or have you stopped updating the older models?

Question

Why can i not connect to wireless network

When I go to the Menu>Network>Network Type, only the wired option shows up. I use a USB wireless adapter, that is not the Samsung Wireless LAN Adapter, that worked when I first got the TV and a couple months after. I just plugged the USB adapter back in and now it does not connect and does not show the wireless option on the Network Type menu. Is there a way for the wireless option to show without having to get anything extra?
So the non-Samsung Wireless Adapter worked once before, but does not work now and the wireless option does not show on the Network Type option, is the short version of my problem.

Why on a 1 and a half year old un55c8000 smart tv, there is no app for allshare play?

i own 4 smasung smart tvs and 4 smart bluray players all purchchased new in april of 2011. they all have Allshare apps install but my new samsung galaxy s3 phone has ALLSHARE PLAY which i am finding out is different than Allshare. ALLSHARE PLAY is needed on all the tvs and bluray players but is not available for download to these units( remember these only 1 and a half year old 3d SMART TVs and were almost the top of the line at that time,only one model was available higher than what i bought,) making them UNUSABLE with the the Allshare Play features available for pcs and samsung smart phone.
Basically you have to buy NEW TV's every year to make things compatible. What a joke!!!!!
i understand its not possible to make new technology work with, lets say a 4-5 year old tv, but come on.. these are all Samsung SMART devices and less than a year and a half difference from each other. New devices should be at least backward compatible if they are all SMART devices for at least a couple of years. Who in the world can afford to go out to buy new tvs and bluray players and phones every year because Samsung wont support any of its products?
Ive been a long time Samsung customer but this may be the final straw!!!
Samsung... when you tout your new products and your new features like on the Samsung galaxy s3 phone, make sure you BOLDLY say that you will have to purchase all NEW equipment to go along with this "exciting new phone" otherwise these wonderful features wont work and are useless!!
Samsung get on the ball and test for compatibility before releasing products to the public. A simple downloadable app for Smart TV's is all that is needed but apparently nobody looked at that .

All current generation Samsung TVs are digital cable and Antenna ready. All of our TVs include a coax ATSC/QAM tuner that handles digital and analogue broadcast signals as well. No external boxes or equipment needed (besides the coax cable itself) to view your basic cable. However, an antenna is required for over the air broadcasts. Premium service may require additional equipment and fees. Please contact your service provider for details.

Why is netflix so choppy suddenly?

Netflix on my TV used not to be choppy. Recently, it has become so choppy that it takes 5 minutes to play 1 minute of movie. I thought it was my internet speed but when I play the same netflix movie on PS3, it doesn't show the same problem. Can you help what I can do to troubleshoot?
