Question

Over the Air Firmware Update Fails (Twice)

It gets halfway through and bombs out - network connection lost

I get an 801 error msg and says to contact our ISP

But the TV passed its network connection test, and all my other devices are working and streaming well - watch live TV on the iPad, etc, so don't know what could be causing this problem other than the TV itself

TV model is UN46F6350A

Firmware version is 1116 - trying to update to 1117

Appreciate any help - thanks

I saw Bluetooth in Product Spec.

How to use it?
What are all the devices i can connect with this In-built Bluetooth ?
I'm using Galaxy Note 2, i can see the TVBluetooth and also paired... but there is no option to use it ???

Sound for Smart Hub apps

My TV is attached to a Bose 321 GS II system, the TV sound comes through the Bose external speakers; I am unable to have Netflix, and other SMART Apps to play though the BOSE external speakers; is there a way to accomplish this?

Question

Cant get universal remote to work with set top box

Why does the universal remote not work with my set top box. The onscreen guide congratulates me and says that it is connected although I cannot operate the channels or activate subtitles. Extremely frustrated.
