Thank you for contacting Samsung.
Only the ES6500 series and higher have built-in Bluetooth that will allow you to use the Samsung VG-KBD1500 wireless keyboard, but you could try a USB wireless keyboard. It would need to be HID (human interface device) compliant.
I recently updated my smart hub a few days ago. After the update, applications such as Netflix and Youtube requires me to log back in every time I use it.
According to Netflix this is due to samsung issuing the same esn to other devices.
I only had this problem after updating firmware. I have already reset the smart hub. Problem still exist.

Same problem with same model; did factory reset, reinstalled netflix, opened ticket with samsung on phone and was told a fix would be available in 2 weeks (that was 2 weeks ago); attempted online support and was told they did not know why this is happening.
Comeon samsung, this worked FINE before the latest firmware update. Please RELEASE a fix for this. We do not want to have to enter netflix password every time.
If the issue persists, we recommend you email us at qasupport@sea.samsung.com. Please provide a brief description of your product issue, as well as the full product model code, serial number and your contact info.
Netflix was working fine on my TV until a couple of days ago. It now always fail to connect to Netflix and it even freeze the TV. I have to unplug it to solve the issue.
I haven't done any modification to my setup in the meantime. I therefore assume that it is a software upgrade issue or a backend system issue. Netflix app is in version 3.1xxx
My home network is working fine, I can access other APP from SmartHub. Netflix is working fine on my computer.
Please help Thanks

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
We recommend you consider performing a factory reset of your TV.
Once the factory reset is complete and you have re-configured your TV on your home network, we recommend you check for and apply any firmware updates prior to re-configuring Smart Hub. The latest firmware update was released on 7/9/2012.
One other thing you can try is to open Smart Hub and click Tools > Settings > About Smart Hub > Detail. Check to see if you have a Netflix ESN. If it says "Not Support" you can reset Smart Hub by clicking Tools > Settings > Reset. This will reset Smart Hub only and not your entire TV.
Tried to register new TV. You didn't list my model number. My model # was UN46ES6150F. The closest I could get was UN46ES6100F

As long as you are within the 6100 series it will be fine. They mainly go off serial number anyways. Hope that helps.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
This TV is 120Hz. All TVs in the U.S. function off 120V @ 60Hz, which is the standard power supply in the U.S. You'll see this printed on just about anything electrical you plug into the wall, so that's where some confusion comes into play.
If you have any additional questions, we suggest your refer to your product manual or the product support page on our website, where you'll find a comprehensive troubleshooting guide, product support videos, FAQs and How-Tos, as well as manual, software, firmware & environment downloads.

My new Samsung 6100 Smart 46" seems to have a problem with audio volume. I have to set it at 50-60 to hear it properly; I've checked the sound level on my dvd player, it is set at maximum. I've returned audio back to factory defaults and run the sound self-diagnostic, nothing came up. I don't think I should have to set the volume that high. What might be the problem?

I have a set of Bose Companion 2, Series 2, Multimedia speakers that I purchased with my laptop. I've never used them with the laptop, but would like to know if they can be used with my 6100, and if so, what kind of connector I will need to purchase. The current connector does not work. Here are the speakers: http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/shop_online/digital_music_systems/computer_speakers/companion_2/index.jsp

What is the best way to connect TV and Samsung sound bar to AT&T U-verse?
How should we connect our devices to control the power/audio/video from a single remote? We've tried various HDMI and optical combinations but haven't found the connections and device settings (Anynet+, etc) needed to control the video devices and the sound bar audio from a single remote. Thanks in advance for your kind assistance!

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
We recommend you connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI output on your AT&T set-top box to the HDMI input on your Samsung sound bar. Then connect a HDMI cable from the the HDMI output on your sound bar to the HDMI input on your TV.

So I was able to connect my tv to my internet before just fine everything was working well. Until last month when I had an update, it was showing the update on the top right corner of the screen, but quickly went away so I don't know if it finish installing the update or not. But when I went and try to open up my browser, a popup window says that I was not connected to my network and for me to check my network connection. after checking my network connection acouple times, since the first time I tried it didn't work. but when I check my network connections, sometimes its able to detect my network but wont connect, and other times it fails to detect my network completely and goes straight to checking for a WIRED connection. I tried doing a factory reset, but that didn't fix anything. After I did some researching on google I found a few suggestions saying that there was probably a problem when I was updating my tv and that is probably the cause for this? please help!
