Thank you for contacting Samsung.
If you refer to page 12 of your product manual, you will find the information you need for proper screw size for this TV.
Additionally, 2 screw are listed as being available for purchase via our parts supplier.
For additional guidance, we recommend you review the following picture settings. Your TV may not offer all the settings listed, but it can't hurt to give these a try.
For a brightly lit room, change the settings to match these:
Picture Mode: Movie Contrast: 100 Brightness: 44 Sharpness: 20 Color: 50 Tint: 50 Backlight: 7 Color Tone Warm1 Digital NR Auto
Detailed Settings Black Adjust Low Dynamic Contrast Low Gamma -1 Color Space Auto Edge Enhancement On xvYCC Off
Just got my 46EH6000f a couple of days ago. The picture looks great, but I need to tweak it a little more. Any suggestions, thanks!

At this time, we cannot offer any specific recommendations for a DIY calibration DVD. You should look up your nearest Samsung authorized service center via the link below and give them a call to see if they have any recommendations.

Why does the UN46EH6000F picture jitter when connected to HDMI port?
The picture is good when using component port, but when connected to the HDMI port with a high quality HDMI cable the picture jitters. I have turned off the eco mode as suggested in the troubleshooting guide but this did not resolve the issue.

Occasionally a menu has you press one of these buttons rather than navigate with the direction buttons, but other than that, there is no feature that goes along with them.
Thank you for contacting Samsung. Attached you'll find a photo of where to find the serial number. If you have any further questions, please contact us at qasupport@sea.samsung.com and let us know how we can assist you further. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
I have a Yamaha surround system that supports audio return through HDMI. (Bi-Directional)
Does this TV support this?
I know I can use the Digital Optical, but I'm trying to save some bucks....

I understand what you're trying to do. Unfortunately, no, this TV doesn't support ARC (Audio Return Channel). In order for one of our TVs to support ARC, it must also support AnyNet.
To adjust the Hyper Real look to your image, I would first suggest adjusting the Auto Motion Plus and LED Motion Plus options in your TV's menu. Settings are based on your personal preference, so unfortunately, I cannot provide any incite as to how to set up your TV. I can provide you with a list of what each setting does.
Auto Motion Plus Settings: Off- Switches Auto Motion Plus off. Clear- Provides high blur reduction, low judder reduction Standard- Provides medium blur reductions, medium judder reduction Smooth- Provides low blur reductions, high judder reduction. Custom- Allows for customer user settings for blur and judder. Demo- Displays the difference between Auto Motion Plus 120Hz on and off modes. The screen after applying “Auto Motion Plus” appears on the left.
LED Motion Plus is found under the following directions: MENU → Picture → Advanced Settings → LED Motion Plus
Auto Motion Plus is found under the following directions: MENU → Picture → Picture Options → Auto Motion Plus
If these options do not alleviate the issue, please contact Samsung Service.
I have my UN46EH6000F customized the way I like it, and one of the settings is keeping the Auto Motion Plus set to OFF, because I have yet to find a use for it (looks very bizarre to me).
The only problem is: whenever I turn the TV on, Auto Motion Plus is automatically ALWAYS ON, no matter how I set it before i shut it off previously. Then i have to get into the menu and turn it off every single time. Frustrating.
All other settings stay the way I have them -- except this one.
Any clues? Anyone else have this problem?

Very sorry for your problem. We have a fix currently being made for this very issue, and it'll be pushed out via a firmware update. It's currently in testing, so I would expect that you should see it soon.
I have provider Comcast and cable box PACE RNG110 connected with HDMI to this TV UN46EH6000FXZA. The Caption on cable box PACE RNG110 had already set to "ON", also on the TV. But the TEXT is not showing up in the TV. I had already contacted COMCAST and he said that the TV has an issue with the CAPTION. Is there away to show the CAPTION (TEXT) on UN46EH6000FXZA?

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
We recommend you review the following support article:
If the captions option cannot be selected, this is because you are using HDMI or component cables to transmit your audio and video from the cable box to the TV and these cable types do not support closed captioning. Therefore, the option would need to activated from the cable box's menus or you would need to choose a different connection type that would allow your TV to activate the closed captioning feature.
I downloaded the firmware update from the Samsung website and inserted the usb drive in my TV. Now it's asking me if I want to update to version 1012 from 1014. It seems as though my TV has a more recent version of the firmware than what is available on the Samsung website. Is this possible? Should I continue with the update or should I stick with version 1014?

Thank you for contacting Samsung. Your TV will not allow the firmware to be downgraded. If your current version is 1014 and you are not having any issues, I recommend sticking with that.
If you are experiencing issues, we will need to get some more information from you. Please contact us at qasupport@sea.samsung.com

Question
Auto Motion Plus won't stay turned off.
Even though I turn Auto Motion Plus off in the menu, it turns itself back on every time I power down and then back on. It will only turn off if I reset it to off in the menu again or if I cycle through all the input sources. The menu still indicates that the feature is turned off on the menu, even though it is clearly active based on the picture quality (viewing Blu Ray). The only way to keep it turned off is to activate Game Mode.
Is there a firmware update planned to fix this problem? Is this a defect particular to my TV? I have read other posts online with other Samsung models having this problem.
