If you have a USB or Bluetooth for LED 6500 Series and above, PDP TV keyboard attached to the TV, and the screen is displaying the QWERTY keyboard, you can use the attached keyboard just like a regular keyboard. Type a character
and the character appears on the screen.

If you don't have a USB or Bluetooth keyboard attached and the QWERTY keyboard is displayed, use your remote to highlight and then select letters, numbers, and symbols on the keyboard one at a time.
- Select the Caps or Shift button to display Capital letters. Select again to re-display lower case.
- Select the 1 or star button to display symbols and icons. Select again to re-display letters.
- If XT9 Text Input is On, words will appear in a ribbon at the top of the page. Select the D button to select a word in the ribbon.

I just purchased the UN40EH5300F and at the same time purchased a wireless keyboard by Logitech Model K400 and works fine. It connects to a USB port on the side of the tv, super simple.

From the available information, although this model will offer compatibility with a traditional standard USB keyboard and mouse, it will not offer support for wireless peripherals.

If it's an app that you downloaded/ran, highlight the app and press tools on the remote then select Delete from the menu.

Question

No signal from HDMI input or DVD AV cables

I plugged in my DVD player and changed the source to AV to watch a DVD. It worked without issue for one day. Now, the TV says there is "no signal" when I plug in my laptop via the HDMI cable, or the DVD player via the AV cables. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Additionally, the article is not compatible with ActiveX elements, which is a web technology developed by Microsoft. It's very possible that ActiveX is implemented in some way in MSN's webmail portal.

Question

When will the CNET and Facebook apps be updated ?

The CNET app does not play back properly, the video and audio are not in sync and keep freezing. Also the Facebook app is terrible, there is no NEWS FEED and the photos are too small to see.
For your info we have 10mbs service and Netflix and Youtube work flawlessly.

Question

Problem with buffering while streaming then locks up

I just got my smart tv connect to internet fine but when I try to steam from various streaming players the first time it goes to commercial or tries to buffer the system locks up. Sometimes I can move the progress forward and get a later part of video other times it won't. Do I need a special router or a higher internet wi-fi speed? or am I doing something wrong with my tv set up?

Question

Netflix does not update to the next Episode when watching Shows with multiple episodes.

This has been an on going problem that I have not gotten a resolution for. Lets say for example I am watching X-Files. After the episode is done it normally updates the listing to the next episode so you can then select and watch. That has mysteriously stopped working. All you see now is a progress bar attempting to update but the bar stays there and nothing is ever updated. I have tried a full Smart Hub reset and I do have the latest firmware (ver.1031.4). I have also noticed the Netfilx has not been updated since October 2012. Very odd. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem ?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Question

How do I improve YouTube video playback?

Out of all the video services, only YouTube has playback issues. It gets stuck on a frame or audio stops playing. I'm not running into any of these issues with Netflix, Hulu Plus, or Amazon VOD, so I know it's not a bandwidth issue.
