Depends on which model TV you have. TV such as those from the C8000 and possibly lower model series have TV@internet built in where apps can be downloaded through Samsung. One of those apps is Netflix.

Open the SMART interface by clicking the button on your remote, and select Samsung apps. Go to the video section and select Netflix.
Once you've downloaded this, you'll enter in your account information.

It's also in the "Most popular" section in the SMART interface that downloads about 12 apps.

Hope this helps.

Unless you have a program like Adobe Professional you can't change the background.
You can convert to .txt but it's not the most user friendly format.

All signals from the cable come in at 60Hz. The TV itself bumps up the signal to 120Hz. I was concerned about this also and call Samsung and this is the info they gave me.If the picture is not crisp it could be the service your using or the channel is not HD. Mine is so clear that it's lifelike. Hope this helps.

All UN, PN and LN units (North American Units) will only have support for NTSC/ATSC/QAM broadcasting systems and NA power systems. Since the NA TVs will not accept a PAL signal or Non-NA voltages, you will not only need a converter for the broadcast, but also for the power if you would like to use the TV in a PAL country.

There are three ways to connect your PC or Mac to your Samsung TV for monitor functionality: monitor cable, HDMI to HDMI or HDMI to DVI.

Although all of these connections are easy to hook up, the PC monitor cable is the most common. To connect it this way, just use a standard PC monitor cable to connect from the monitor out of your PC to the PC input on the TV. Some adjustments to the PC's resolution is required.

If your PC offer HDMI out, I would highly suggest using this connection, since it is a basic plug-n-play connection (meaning almost no adjustment is needed on the TV or PC).

HDMI to DVI is almost the same as straight HDMI, but in this case, you will want to connect the DVI end of the cable to the PC (if available) and the HDMI into the TV. This is also considered a plug-n-play connection.

Unless otherwise specified by your PC manufacturer, you will need to connect the PC's audio to the TV with a separate cable (3.5mm jack cable), since most PCs do not support audio over HDMI, VGA or DVI.

Additionally, the Samsung TVs do not offer wireless monitor capabilities.

To connect your PC to the TV to for media sharing, you need to connect the TV to the Home Network the PC is connected to. Then, depending on your OS, you will either need the Samsung PC Share Manager, Windows Media Player on Windows 7, or a 3rd party DLNA program on other OS's to share the actual media to the TV.
