Playback of USB video files quits before end of video
I have a couple of videos on a USB stick that are over 100 minutes long. When I play either of these files they stop playback and jump to the next video at around 95 minutes into the playback.
This cuts off the end of the movie.
My young son became very upset when his movie quit just as the movie was reaching it's apex.

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
We recommend you review the supported video formats on page 10 of the product manual. Even though the files may be playing fine up until the last few minutes, it could be an issue with the specific file's encoding.
We also recommend you check and make sure the TV has the latest firmware: http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber/popup/iframe/pop_troubleshooting_fr.jsp?idx=168699&modelname=UN32EH4050F
How come the online registration page doesn't list model UN32EH4000FXZA on the drop down menu? I was forced to select the closest which is UN32EH4050FXZA.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but I have provided the proper support page for the EH4000 below. Please click on the "Register Now" button in the middle of the page to properly register your TV. Please have the TV's serial number ready to be input.
Can a DVD player with component cable connect to the samsung tv via the HDMI inputs?
I have the tv hooked up to my cable provider using the component/av in on the rear of the tv. It has HDMI inputs, but my DVD player only has component video outs. Can I get an adaptor to hook up the tv and dvd player?

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
Does the cable box not have an HDMI input? Since your DVD player only offers component inputs, we recommend you connect the cable box via HDMI if you have the option. If not, an adapter/converter would work, but they aren't cheap. Samsung does not make one, so you will need to check with your local electronics retailer or online. We also suggest you review this comparison article.
At this time, there is not a way to remove any registered items from your online account. Please know that Samsung is aware that customers wish to have the ability to remove any registered products they no longer own from their accounts. At this time, the only recommendation we can you make would be to delete the account associated with the products have registered and create a new one.
