Although the C4000 does not offer any internet connectivity, you can connect a PC to the unit for Monitor functionality. There are three ways to connect your PC to your UN22C4000 : monitor cable, HDMI to HDMI or HDMI to DVI.

Although all of these connections are easy to hook up, the PC monitor cable is the most common. To connect it this way, just use a standard PC monitor cable to connect from the monitor out of your PC to the PC input on the TV. Some adjustments to the PC's resolution is required.

If your PC offer HDMI out, I would highly suggest using this connection, since it is a basic plug-n-play connection (meaning almost no adjustment is needed on the TV or PC)

HDMI to DVI is almost the same as straight HDMI, but in this case, you will want to connect the DVI end of the cable to the PC (if available) and the HDMI into the TV. This is also considered a plug-n-play connection.

The Touch of Color is a subtle design that is infused in the bezel of the television. There's not an option to turn it on, as it's a cosmetic enhancement of the television.

The ToC feature on your TV is not a feature that can be turned on or off. Touch of Color only refers to the actual color of the bezel and the different manufacturing process used to produce the bezel.

This TV is not a multi system TV, it has NTSC, ATSC, and QAM tuners in it. It also functions on a 30 frame per second frame rate and 120V @60 Hz. Another consideration is if the TV requires repair it will need to be shipped back to the US for manufacturers repair and if you take it to a loac shop they may not be able to get parts for it.

I would not recommend cutting the cord on your TV since that may harm the unit, and I'm not to sure what voltage you are referring to; however, the US Samsung TVs are designed to work on a 100v-127v 60Hz power system (North American standards) only.

The UN22C4000 can be wall mounted with a standard wall mount that offers a Vesa Bracket size of 75mm x 75mm.
