Oddly enough, we purchased these after our initial demo unit. We never found the information we were looking for either.

We got our units in, and looking at the Windows Embedded Standard image, there is what appears to be a hidden support site. If you go to http://www.samsunglfd.com and register for an account, you can download their WES image and I assume their imaging utility (I still need to verify but I'm on a 64-bit OS and the EXE {not the image file, which is a .zip} isn't working for me).
