Customer questions and answers for samsung T27A950
Question
Request for a Exchange for a different model.
To whom it may concern-
I have had this monitor for the last several months and paid a premium. I have not been impressed with the 3d capabilities of this monitor. I was curious if it would be possible to get a credit or direct trade for a S27B970D I would have a better use for a higher res monitor then the gimmick 3d feature on my current monitor.
Thanks, Brandon Benchley

Do 3d glasses come with the T27A950, if not what kind would I need? What model # remote control comes with the T27A950? Will US Cellular be picking up the Galaxy II phone with G4?

The specs say one pair of glasses come with it. Also a remote control but no model number is listed for it.
Assuming I buy the correct software (Cyberdvd or something), I have dual-SLI Nvidia 560 GTX TI's, can I buy a blu ray player/burner and out put 3d dvd's to this monitor as I would a normal 3d tv?

Question
I just bought the Samsung T27A950 and I'm having trouble activating Netflix.
Every time I would try to activate it with my account I would get a message that says "device could not be activated". I read on it some more on the internet and I see that other owners of this monitor is having this problem too. My question to you is if there is going to be a fix for it soon, perhaps through firmware? One of the major reasons I bought this monitor was for Netflix and I would hate to return such a beautiful monitor for such a stupid reason. Thanks and hoping to from you soon.
