Question
Noisy wireless receiver
I am frustrated by a very noisy wireless receiver unit. The noise is a combination of what sounds like a noisy fan or fan bearing and a very high pitched tone. Unless the theater system is turned up to 25 or more, the noise exceeds the volume of the content coming over the system.
Is this a problem with the unit that can be fixed, or is this a systemic problem with that SWA-4000 series wireless units?

Question
My rear left speaker on my wireless receiving amplifier (SWA-4000) isn't working.
The speaker doesn't work at all, but the right speaker does. I bought this unit from Samsung on line and was wondering if there was any kind of warranty. I tried switching out the speakers and the left side still doen't work.

Question
My wireless rear speakers seem to loose connection with the main unit on an intermittent basis.
I have attempted to re-establish connection but removing the wireless card from the main unit, re-inserting it, presing 0-1-3-5 on the remote, and resetting the wireless receiver. The main unit flashes the message "RCHK" ever 1-3 minutes and the sound coming from the rear speakers is intermittent. How can I fix this problem?
