No, unfortunately the glasses are not made to come apart which makes them unserviceable. Only thing you can do is buy a new pair. Be careful there are several new options and most will not work with the 2010 3D TV's

How can I get 3D to work?

my 3d picture will play audio but not show video. i am able to see a 3d image when i pause the video, but will go to a blank screen and only play audio. i have changed the HDMI cable, HDMI ports, and swapped the DCX3400-M dvr for another new DCX3400-M, same problem. i have a Samsung Model #: PN50C7000YFXZA. I watch 3d movies on Vudu so i know the 3d works. I also make sure the 3d is turned on the tv and the glasses have batteries, etc. please help/.

I guess the concern here is that the 3D works with other devices, which suggests that it's in fact a design fault with the DCX3400-M. Have you contacted the manufacturer of that unit to confirm that it is compatible with the current 3D technologies?

depends on the store, but best buy threw a fit when i got my first pair and one set was broken because it was open. I had to call in the manager and tell them that i couldn't have seen they were broken in the box.

3d active glasses are not pairing with my tv

i have the samsung ssg-3100gb 3d active glasses when i try to pair them with my tv (samsung series 5+550) no message comes up saying the the glasses are working. I've tried turning off the tv and starting over, turning the 3d functions on and off and everything else i could think off to get them to work

I do not think you have to pair them, I just turn mine on, they link up automatically. Maybe the batteries are dead?

After putting the glasses on, you shoul press the power button on the top left of the glasses (may vary with other models than my SSG-V2100AB). Also if you're watching a 3D movie and you see all blurry, then probably they are not working.
