Thank you for your inquiry.
Regarding your concern, there is no need to install any software on the computer for you to connect the handset with your PC. All you need to have is a memory card inside the handset and a data cable then set the phone to mass storage.
To connect the phone to the computer, please follow the steps below: Pull out and up the memory card slot cover Insert the formatted microSD card into the memory card slot Connect the USB data cable to both the handset and the USB port on the PC If Select USB Mode appears on the display press the clear key to return to the standby screen OR if the MTP Connect to the PC... appears on the display, press OK then with Yes highlighted press OK to disconnect from the PC From the standby screen, press OK for Menu Select Settings & Tools Select Tools Select USB Mass Storage From the PC, double click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop Double click on the newly created drive letter (which may appear as an icon or text, depending on your View settings) Double click on the folder to view the contents Copy and paste or drag n drop the files to/from the destination on the PC From the handset, press OK for Disconnect With Yes highlighted, press OK then remove the USB data cable from both the handset and PC

I don't know of any way to calibrate any android phones screen. This sounds like a product defect or damage. Depending on how long ago you got the device you may want to take it to the sprint store or contact Samsung. I would take it to the Sprint Store ASAP to see what they think & check out your options. I know you can take the phone to the sprint store if your in your first 14days to get a new one for free no hassle.
To add a caller to the reject list, please follow the steps below.
1. Tap on Phone icon to open up the dialer 2. At the top of the screen, choose 'Logs' 3. Tap the number that you'd like to block 4. Tap Menu soft key 5. When the menu pops up, choose 'Add to reject list'
This will not completely block the caller, it will automatically reject their calls, sending them to voicemail.
If you'd like to full block a caller, please reach out to your service provider. They can assist you will this feature.

No menu pops up when 11 said. The procedure is different on my Samsung SPH-M920 Transform (EF09) I could't find the option to do this for non contacts, so I'd have to add them to my contacts. Go into their contact info (Contacts>press on contact), Hit Menu>Options & check the Incoming Calls: Send calls directly to voicemail checkbox.
Might want to add these contacts to group & hide the group from contacts in the Contacts app>Menu>Display Options, if possible..
Hi! Thanks for your question. I suggest performing a soft reset. To perform a soft reset, please power off the device and pull/replace the battery after 2-3 minutes before powering back on.
Feel free to ask us anything on Twitter @GalaxySsupport or @samsungservice for speedy responses in the U.S.
The phone won't turn on (boot up) right? First try taking the battery & MicroSD out & putting the battery back in & turning it on.
It sounds like the boot animation is repeating forever aka Boot Loop, take it into the Sprint Store & have them reflash the software onto it, not just factory reset, for good measure. Either of these will delete *everything* from the phone, except from the MicroSD (from experience), though you can take it out before anyways.
My samsung transform does not ring for in coming calls...
The text ringer works... ringer volume is up all the way... all other audiable properties work except the call ringer...

You might have the phone ringer set to silent, Menu>Settings>Sound>Phone Ringtone. may want to check the Ringer Volume in the Sound menu also. If this does not help you should take it to a Sprint Store, it might be something silly simple or an app interfering. Be warned that the most simple fix used in phone tech support is deleting *everything* on the phone, but it usually solves most problems, Called a factory reset (can be done from the phone by anyone) or flash to stock/reload software (hooked to a computer. more effective, a complete reload of the stock software onto the device).
Can you add a signature to the end of text messages?
I've looked all over for a signature setting, but I can't find it -- and I can't find my owner's manual.

Hello and thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately I do not see any configurable options to meet your request.
For additional assistance, reach out to our customer support at 1.888.987.4357 or follow us on twitter at twitter.com/galaxyssupport (@galaxyssupport) and twitter.com/samsungservice (@samsungservice).
The Transform's stock SMS app doesn't support signatures. You can download one of the many 3rd party SMS apps from the market to replace it though, with much more features than the stock one. Handcent SMS, Go SMS & Chomp SMS to name a few.
The User Manual/Guide PDF (10.7MB) can be found on Sprint & Samsung's sites. Samsung's site also has it in Spanish & .djvu. http://support.sprint.com/global/pdf/user_guides/samsung/transform/samsung_transform_ug.pdf http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/SPH-M920ZKASPR

Settings>Accessibility (hit Cancel if something pops up). Power button ends call [checkbox].
When I went into this it said "No accessibility related applications installed", just hit Cancel or Back to get to the only option on the device by default, which is what your looking for.
There isn't a default option to use live wallpaper on the (SPH-M920) Transform. Although, there are third party applications in the Android Market that offer this configuration.

The SPH-M920 Transform in any of its official software versions as of this writing (DI01,DI11,EB28,EF09) do not come with Live Wallpaper (LWP) support.
There is an unofficial/unsupported LWP support that can be installed onto the Transform if it is rooted, its taken from one of its predecessors, the M900 Moment (they share almost exact internal hardware, along with the M910 Intercept). Though LWP's will still be hidden/blocked in the market as they were before, you can get around this by installing the apk directly using a file manager, if you can locate the apk (hint, have a friend install the LWP & backup the apk using ES or Astro file managers. else search the internet).
Do note that the transform uses old hardware that will not run LWP's very well (if at all) that are hardware demanding, the M920 doesn't have a 3D driver for its 3D acceleration hardware, don't ask me why samsung chose to do this.
WARNING: Rooting the device will VOID your Samsung warranty. You may destroy your device in the process (aka bricked). Samsung nor Sprint will offer support for rooted devices other than a Factory Reset &or reflashing the stock software (more effective) sometimes refered to reseting, deleting *everything* on the phone, removing the root and all that it may have done.

Why do my 2 emails accounts both receive emails only addressed to one account?
I specifically send an email to 1 account only but it arrives either in both accounts or the 2nd account rather than the one I sent it to. This varies based on whether I sync the accounts or not. How can I disable this so my emails go to only the one email they were addressed to?

How can I improve the call quality, especially with speakerphone or bluetooth use?
My husband and I both have a Transform and have had nothing but problems when we try to talk to one another - the primary purposes for most of our calls. Speakerphone is always garbled and too unclear to hear and use with bluetooth devices (the few that I could actually get to connect) results in really low volume and a "tin can" effect. Even using the phone just normally produces shoddy call quality when we talk with eachother. I would switch ohones in a heartbeat if possible after this experience, but have another year or so before we are eligible. Is there anything you can do, or any way you can help? Thanks.

Here are the steps on how to set a ringtone for general calls.
From the home screen > tap menu > tap settings > tap sound and display > tap voice call ringtone > tap desired ringtone > tap OK
If you would like MP3 to set as a ringtone, It can be downloaded from android market. Or transfered via bluetooth.
If the MP3 is under 300k, it could be assisgned as a ringtone.

So I have moved all the applications I could over to my SD card and even uninstalled some applications but it still shows such low internal memory. Should I be concerned? I've cleared cache, etc. I've only had this phone for 48 hours or so.

Why is my Transform SPH-920 Force closing constantly?
My Transform is either freezing or force closing on Apps, browsers and some times incoming calls. I stop unnecessary running apps and do a ram clean with the default task manager. I also go in and clean all caches in the default settings> Application> manage application menu. All my downloaded applications are on my SD card. The applications that are on my phone are for my operating systems or the ones I am forced to have by Sprint and Android. Those apps take up almost all my memory. I use both the native browser and Opera Mini. All apps are up to date. my firmware, OS, PRL and profile are also updated. I also have done a full reset and at least 3 times a day i do a soft reset.
So what else can i do to improve my phones performance?
