Hi there.

You can use the "Predictive Text" feature of the phone as this feature lets you enter text by pressing keys just once per letter. This input method uses an intuitive word database to analyze the letters you enter and create a suitable word.

Please do the following steps to activate the feature:

From a screen where you can enter text, Press Options (right softkey)
Press Text Mode
Press Predictive Text
Press On to activate this input mode.
Press the corresponding keys once per letter to enter a word.

Tip: If you make a mistake, press to erase a single character. Press and hold to erase all previously entered text.

Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Place your fingernail into the Release Latch indention (adjacent to the microphone) and carefully lift the case off the rear of the phone. This is similar to popping the top off a soda can.

Hi PRIVATEGREY!

Thank you for your inquiry.

There are no configurable option on the settings of the Samsung Restore to manually configure the Date and Time settings. The phone uses NITZ (Network Initiated Time Zone) integrated into the handset's software and it automatically updates with the network time and date settings. Please coordinate with them, and inquire if the option you are asking is available.

Hi jkrawcz!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Regarding your concern, upon checking the specifications and settings on the Samsung Restore™ Cell Phone (SPH-M570), t is not possible to assign MP3 files as ringtones.

We recommend contacting your service provider to avail compatible ringtones you can use on the SPH-M570 handset.

If you want to transfer music files from the computer to the phone, it would require you to have a microSD memory card inside the phone and a compatible USB data cable. Once you have the requirements, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that a memory card is present in the handset's memory card slot.
2. Connect one end of the USB data cable to the handset and the other end to an available USB slot on a PC or laptop.
3. Highlight Home icon and press the middle button.
4. Select Tools.
5. Select Mass Storage.
6. Select Connect To PC.
7. When the Removable Disk window pops up, select the Open Folder option and click OK.
8. Copy & paste or drag & drop MP3 files from other locations on your PCs hard drive to this window.
9. On the handset, press the right soft key for Disconnect.
10. Press the left soft key for Disconnect to confirm.

Note: Make sure Bluetooth is disabled and the phone is in idle mode.

Should you desire additional assistance resolving this, we invite you to call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Again, we thank you for comments and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
