We apologize for your frustration. We would be happy to assist you. Could you start off by removing the battery for 5 minutes and then putting it back in?
Next, could you please open this link and follow these tips to reduce your battery consumption? http://www.samsung.com/us/support/f...
Next, could you please try running your device in Safe Mode for 3-4 hours? You can find instructions on how to do that here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/f...
. If you do notice an increase in battery life in Safe Mode your battery drain may be caused by a third party app. If this is the case please make sure that all your apps are up to date and compatible with your current operating system. If that doesn't help then you may need to try and delete the most recently downloaded apps.
If you are still experiencing battery drain the next step would be to back up all your data and perform a factory reset. http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber...
. Please make sure you back up all your data as once you perform a factory reset your data will not be able to be recovered.
