I've also tried that on my epic 4G phone, but I cannot see any information for that thing. I've also checked the features of the phone but it seems that there's no configurable option for us to do that on our Epic 4G.
Just grasp the device firmly and locate the cover release latch (located at the bottom part of the phone). Then place your fingernail in the opening and firmly “pop” the cover off the device (similar to a soda can).

Hi, for you to connect the phone to the PC and download movies, it would require you to have the memory card inside the phone and a data cable that is part of your standard box contents. Once you already have the requirements, and then do the following steps:
Select Menu. Select Settings. Select Applications. Select USB settings. Choose Development Make sure that USB Debugging, Stay Awake and Allow mock locations are all unchecked. Connect the USB cable to the device. Connect the opposite end of the USB cable to the computer. Bring down the Notification Bar, and select USB Connected. Select Mount
Check on the computer screen if it will recognize the device and Removable Disk will pop up on the screen. Select open folder to view files. Open video folder, drag and drop/copy and paste the file from the source folder going to the destination folder.

Regarding the ability to sync with Outlook, Samsung does not provide an application by which to do this. However, there are third-party applications available through the Android Market that will support this.
We do not support the use of 3rd party applications and services with any of our devices. For this reason, we do not have information compiled on possible resources.
If you are having issues with the use of a specific 3rd party application or service, we recommend contacting the manufacturer of that application or service for compatibility and support assistance.
