If the phone has a "Phone lock" and it's asking for a passcode, use "0000” or “00000000” as a default passcode.

Regarding your concern, we do not have any available software that would allow you to import the contacts on the Outlook program.

However, you may try to check with your service provider if they can offer you any software that would allow you to back up your contacts to Outlook.
