Question
Pairing Jitterbug phone with SNYC System are they compatible?
Both phone and Sync system confirm they are paired, phonebook downloaded and is viewable, problem arises when you either dial in a phone number to Sync System or choose a number from phonebook and hit send button, system automatically displays call ended, phone does reflect in calling record that number was in fact called, any suggestions on addressing problem?

Please call the Jitterbug Support thru Great Call at 800-733-6632 for further assistance in troubleshooting and questions related to possible repair.
Everything works, except for the microphone. For calls that I make, people can not hear me; for calls that I receive, people can not hear me.
My question: Will using a Bluetooth headset for my phone allow me to be heard for all my calls?

Am planning on donating my SPH-A310 phones (2) for use by military personnel. How do I do a clean erase all personal data. Remove, delete, reformate, reset, etc. Thanks for any help. This is second request and I am working with a tight timetable.

I purchased a jitterbug phone on ebay, but the phone book is locked up. It says it is full, but contains blank entries for all 50 entries and they cannot be changed. How can I reset this phone?

How can I change the phone number on a Samsung Model SPH A 310?
My wife's Samsung SPH A 120 won't hold a charge. We've bought new batteries, but they also discharge quickly even when the phone is turned off. I have a spare SPH A 310 that I no longer use and would like to change it so it uses my wife's phone number.

Is there anyway at all to get the Jitterbug on any other carrier besides "great call". I have this phone for my father and its great, the service is to expensive. I really would like this on a cheaper operator but they all say they can't use the phone. What option is there for elderly people with a fixed income???

Please follow the steps below:
To change the ringtones follow the steps below.
While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Menu Select Tools & Settings (7) Select Sounds (2) Select Ringtones (1) Highlight the Ringtone, using the navigation keys Press the Menu / OK button or the left soft key for Assign to save the ringtone settings
