Question
Are there firmware updates and how do I install them?
Ever since Time Warner Cable upgraded their service about a year ago, my projector no longer displays the non-HD channels correctly. I get about half the picture and extremely pixelized on those channels. HD channels are displaying perfectly fine - and the regular channels used to display correctly. Time Warner claims that it is not a problem with their signal output, but with the projector. Is it possible that I just need some kind of software update for the projector?

I have a Samsun P400 projector. It will not show PC mode in the menu. How do I fix?
I have checked the cables and restarted the projector.

Question
projector is on but a screen off
projector on but a few minutes later screen go off, stand by led and lamp led are on.
