Please try cycling the power supply to the microwave by unplugging then replugging the unit, or turning the circuit breaker off then on again. It is also very important that the microwave be plugged into a dedicated 20-amp power supply. If, after checking the power supply, you continue to experience this issue, your microwave may require service.
