Thank you for the question. It is not unusual for condensation to form in the door of the microwave, especially when cooking food with a high water content. This moisture will dissipate over time.

Question

I just registered my Samsung microwave. The package insert says registering online extends the warranty 3 additional months.

How do I verity this has happened? An email from you confirming I now have a 15 month warranty would suffice. (My last microwave, a Magic Chef, died at 16 months.)

Question

My microwave will not work, What does SE mean on the display?

I have a SMH1951B It made two beep sounds then a display of SE showed up on the display. I have tried to unplug it,but that didn't do anything. I can not get anything to work on it. When we open the door the light still comes on but none of the buttons will work at all. Can you help me to resolve this matter?

Question

When I set the cook time or press the minute cook button and or press start sometimes the timer starts but micro is not running just counting down ?

This unit is over the range model and is just over 2 years old and has worked fine until this week ?? if I hit the clear button 2 or 3 times and try to cook again sometimes it works..

Question

When the microwave is cooking an item it sounds like someone is rattling the moving parts inside

I have taken the round wheeled piece out from under the glass tray and the noise is less noticiable. But the noise is really loud with the piece in place. How can we get rid of the noise? The Microwave used to be whisper quiet.

I'm sorry to hear your microwave is making a rattling noise. I would suggest cleaning both the roller guide ring (round wheeled piece) and the oven floor, then putting the ring back in place in the microwave. This ring helps to support and guide the glass turntable, and should ideally be in place when the microwave is in use. If the rollers or oven floor are dirty, it may cause the turntable to slip and rotate unevenly, which could cause it to rattle. If you examine the roller guide and find that it is damaged, please visit SamsungParts.com or call 800-627-4368 for information about ordering a new one.

Please confirm that the turntable is resting securely in place, and that the grease filters and other removable parts are secure. If the rattling continues and you are unable to identify the source, please call 800-SAMSUNG for assistance.

Actually, you do have the correct manual. The SMH9151B is the black version of the SMH9151 (the 'B' simply indicates the color). The charcoal filter should be inserted horizontally into the opening on the front of the microwave, visible once the hidden vent cover is removed. Once inserted, the charcoal filter will rest at an angle.
