Yesterday put in potatoes, pushed the potatoe button they cooked great then nothing the micro. does not work at all. Yes checked the circuit and the plug.

How do I clean the door?

I just bought a house with the SMH7185STG model microwave. And when you open the door there is a screen like thing over the front of the door. I couldn't figure out how to take that apart to clean the interior window. Then I learned that the previous owners peel off the plaster cover for the interior window for the door. So now i have an extremely dirty window and I can't clean it. Can you help me, please?

A certain amount of humming or buzzing is normal due to the operation of the fans and turntable. I would suggest checking the installation of the turntable to make sure it's resting securely on the turntable wheel, and try varying the speed of the vent fan. There is also an internal fan which circulates the air inside the microwave, so there should be some humming even with the vent fan turned off. If, after considering these factors, you continue to be concerned, feel free to contact 800-SAMSUNG for further assistance.

"SE" is the Key Short error code. Please try cycling the power by unplugging the microwave or turning the circuit breaker off then on again. If the error code returns, your microwave will require service. no power to microwave.

been a great product, but when heating water, a breaker with our electrical popped. I reset all the breakers and everything worked fine fo a few days. Microwave not turning on

Microwave won't turn or anything. Reset the breaker, checked the fuses in the fuse box and they're all good. Getting power to everything in our kitchen except the microwave. The socket in the kitchen isn't bad either cause we plugged other stuff in it and it works fine.

If the microwave heats but will not turn, try removing the glass tray and roller guide ring and washing them thoroughly in soap and warm water. Wipe down the inside of the microwave to remove any grease or residue that may have deposited over time. Replace the roller guide ring and glass tray. If the turntable still won't rotate, or if the microwave does not heat, it will require service. When I set my microwave for 5 minuets it would stop after about 41/2 min. now it stops there
