We bought this microwave a couple of years ago brand new, but we waited until our kitchen was remodeled, so we just installed it a couple of weeks ago. The microwave worked great a few times, but now it's not heating food anymore. It apprears and sounds to be working fine (light comes on, table spins, blower comes on, etc) but the food never gets hot or even gets warm at all. We noticed it stopped heating up after receiving an E63 error code on the display when attempting to heat some soup.

Unfortunately, Samsung does not currently have the wall template for the SMH7178STE available for download, and the paper templates are available only as packaged with new microwaves.

Loud buzz when microwave starts but unit does not heat foot

When I press Start there is a loud buzz for several seconds. Then the unit appears to operate normally (lamp is lit, fan runs, and turntable turns) but the unit does not heat the food. I unplugged the unit and plugged it in again to no effect. Is magnetron the problem? Is it worth repairing under 10-year magnetron warranty or should I replace it?
