*Uninstall Applications
If a recently installed application is causing an issue, the application will need to be uninstalled.

*Android™
You can uninstall Android applications and widgets you have downloaded on your mobile device using the Task manager application. To open the Task manager application quickly, touch and hold Home key for one to two seconds, and then touch .
Touch the Downloaded tab and scroll to the application you wish to uninstall. Touch the Uninstall button next to the application and then touch OK to confirm. If you decide later you want to re-install the application to your device, you can download the application again from the Google™ Play Store.
Note: To identify the most recently added apps or widgets, touch Menu > List by > Order of download.
It may be necessary to boot your device in Safe mode if you wish to troubleshoot whether or not added applications are causing problems with the device. Safe mode will load only basic system software. Follow the general steps below to boot your device into Safe mode.
Make sure your device is turned off.
Press and hold the Power/Lock key to turn on the device.
Press and hold the Volume down key until the lock screen appears.
When the Lock screen is displayed, Safe mode is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen. To boot your device into normal mode again, restart your device.
*Windows®
You can uninstall any application you downloaded from the Windows Phone Store, and some applications that come pre-loaded on your phone. To uninstall an application, from the Start screen, flick left to the Apps list. Find the application you wish to uninstall and tap and hold the application name in the list. Tap uninstall to remove the application from your phone. If you decide later you want to re-install the application to your phone, you can download the application again from the Marketplace.
