Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us for support! If this is in regards to the passcode to access the device, the default phone lock code of your phone is "0000" or "00000000". If the default phone lock code did not work then we can do a reset on the phone. If a factory reset is necessary, please call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

My plantronics Explorer 210 bluetooth stopped working with my phone. I've already done all I can on the bluetooth side. The phone says it's paired with it. I've scanned for devices, i've selected to connect again. I've turned the bluetooth function on my phone off and back on again. I've re-booted my phone, even took the battery out to try and trigger something. It prompted me twice for the passkey, but I didn't know what it was. Now that I do, I can't get it to re-prompt me for it. That is the only thing I can think of to fix this. Can anyone help me fix this please?

Why does my Text message not send when it becomes longer than 1 page??
When I'm texting somebody and my character limit goes over like 160 it becomes a second page. I continue texting and go to send my now 2 page text message at I get "message sending failed". WHY?? Can I change it to send both pages or do I have to stop send the one I finished and then continue typing the second page and then send that one?

I updated my phone from Froyo to GingerBread using Kies Mini. Since then, I do not get a GPS lock and not even able to see any satellites either. I googled for this problem and read that there is some GPRRestore app available from Samsung but don't see it in the app store. Can you please help me to fix it?
Thanks
