Are you using a Samsung Bluetooth with the phone when playing MP3 music files?
You can do a soft reset on the Bluetooth headset by turning it off, and then press the power button again and wait for the solid blue light before connecting it the phone. Also, please make sure that both devices are fully charged when streaming music.
If you are using a third party Bluetooth device, we cannot guarantee complete functionality and compatibility of our phones used in conjunction with third party devices such as this.
