Technically, NO. However I downloaded the PC Studio from either Samsung (try a similar phone model) or cnet or some similar place. It does NOT fully work. However it did recognize the phone enough that I was able to use the software to TYPE in my computer several COntacts and some appointments and it synced that. Disappointed the SMS did not sync.

Thank you for your inquiry. For you to be connected to the internet using the phone, you must have the internet and multimedia settings be configured by the network provider (T Mobile). However, if you intend to connect the phone as a tethered modem for internet connectivity, you may still contact your network provider (T Mobile ) if there would be any software/program and drivers that they can provide you, apart from the data plan that you have for your phone.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.
Regarding the issue of your phone that you are unable to send and receive text messages, you need to contact your Service Provider so they can check and configure the Text Messaging Settings of your phone.
For you to connect the phone to the PC to transfer pictures, it would require you to have the memory card inside the phone and a data cable that is part of your standard box contents. Once you already have the requirements, then try to do the following steps:
Ensuring The Device Is In Mass Storage From any home screen, tap Quick List > Settings Scroll down to and tap Phone Settings > USB Settings > Mass Storage > Save
Mounting The Memory Card Connect the data cable to the Behold II and a PC or laptop When the Notification Bar indicates "USB Connected" tap, hold, and pull down Tap USB Connected > Mount On your PC, if prompted, allow USB drivers to be installed
Locating Pictures On The Device On your PC, open My Computer and select the Removable Disk assigned to the device For pictures, locate and open the Images folder then open the Photos folder. Photos can be copied and pasted freely between these folders on your device and folders on your PC
I just hope that this piece of advice will be helpful to you.
