How can I fix the blurry problem?

I bought the Memoir lately. I tried to shoot picture with 8M, 6M, 5M and see how they look like. However, the result is that all pictures are blurry and not focused. I tried to change the theme, ISO, and everything. And I even tried to reset all settings. Still, the pictures are blurry. What can I do to fix this problem?

Question

Memoir camera issues. How can we fix it?

Both me and my wife have samsung Memoirs. Mine is working just fine but hers is having problems with the camera. Whenever she clicks the button for the camera it looks like it was loading. Then it pulls up an error saying the camera is unavailable. We have gone to a couple of places that fix cell phones and they say it is an error with the software and to go to t-mobile and have them fix it. T-mobile says they dont know what is wrong with it. How can we fix it?

Hi there,

Thank you for your inquiry. Most issues may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

IN WARRANTY REPAIR:
If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

NOTE: A copy of the Proof of Purchase must also be included with the phone when sending it in for service.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR:
For information on what is and is not covered by The Standard Limited Warranty, we invite you to go to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/repairpolicy/servicePolicyWarrantyMain.do and view a full version of the warranty that covers all Samsung phones and accessories.
If the phone has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) the standard charge will likely apply for the repairs to your phone. Charges start at $65.00 and can increase, depending upon the nature and severity of the issue. We are only able to arrange payment for these repairs through credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

CONTACTING SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE TO ARRANGE FOR REPAIR:
For troubleshooting and questions related to possible repairs we invite you to contact Samsung Customer Care at your earliest convenience through our toll free number 1-888-987-HELP (1-888-987-4357).

A Customer Service Representative will be able to assist you between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time. The defective product will need to be sent to our repair center and a Proof of Purchase is required. The Repair Administrator will assign an RMA # for the repair that will need to be written under our address on the outside of the package being sent. The phone will be tested and inspected for quality assurance while in our facilities. This will ensure the fact that your phone will be completely functional with all necessary repairs performed when the handset is shipped from our facilities.
NOTE: A copy of the Proof of Purchase must also be included with the phone when sending it in for service.

Our repair facility will have the phone roughly 5-10 days from the time that it is received. Some dealer locations may offer a loaner phone program while your handset is in repair. While Samsung cannot control the availability of these products or programs in your area, please contact your local provider or dealer if you are in need of a phone, to find out if they are a participating member of this program. If you have any questions regarding this process, please ask the Service Representative at the time of your call.

Additionally, if your device is in warranty or you have insurance through your service provider, some providers do offer a replacement policy on phones which need servicing. In some cases, they may send out a replacement phone and the defective phone is sent back to them in return. For more details on a possible exchange, please contact your Service Provider.

Question

Is there anything that can be done to fix focus on the camera in my phone?

I've had this phone for over a year and have already sent it in once while it was still under warranty for a camera problem. Now it won't focus completely when taking photos. Everything is blurry no matter what the settings are at and in all different lighting conditions. It is now out of warranty and I really don't want a different phone since I like the camera in this one so much.

Question

Unable to use picture messaging.

I haven't had any problems sending picture thru messaging up until last week. I've been getting a message that says, "Picture messaging full, please delete." I've deleted everything that I have on my phone, and still it won't let me. I've tried every possible way to figure out how to make it work, I'm just exhausted. Not sure what the problem is. Everything has been deleted. Please help! I love my phone but it's driving me up the wall!

Hi there!

GPRS and MMS configuration is a service related feature being set by the original network provider of the phone.

SGH-T929 is a phone that we manufacture exclusively for T Mobile. Any issues that may pertain to these configuration, we need to refer you to T Mobile customer support number 1-800-937-8997.

However, if you had the phone unlocked for use of a different network provider, you may not be able to use the full functionalities of the phone for multimedia and internet.

You may check from your current provider if they have configuration settings for the phone for it to be recognized by the new network.

Greetings!
Are you trying to save your pictures on your Memory card on the phone:? If yes please follow the steps below:
• Please note that the minimum size limit for a microSD memory card is 32MB. While this handset does support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB.
To copy or move pictures to a microSD memory card follow the steps below:
1.Insert the previously formatted microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located on the upper left side
2.From the home screen, press on Menu
3.Press on Applications
4.Press on Files
Press on Images
Press on Manage then press on either Move or Copy
Press on the desired Photo(s) to check their box(es)
Press on either Move or Copy
Press on Memory Card
Press on Images
Press on Paste here to Move or Copy the Photo(s) to the microSD memory card
Press on Images then press on Photos

Hi there!

Your phone has an availbale Java application that is pre-loaded on the phone and the applications that you can download on the phone are limited on the phone. However, you may contact your Service Provider if there are compatible applications that you could download to your phone.

samsung t929 cd to download pictures to computer?

i can not download pictures to my computer i have a samsung t929 cellphone i hooked up the cord to phone and then to computer it said need cd to install hardware i looked in the box my cellphone came in i dont have the cd to in stall hardware help thanks
