Are you referring unlocking the phone because of phone lock?
If yes, what we can offer for the phone would be the default password which could be either "0000" or "00000000"
We do not have any option to retrieve the previous password that you have set on this phone.
If the default codes will not work, then you may call the Samsung Customer Support Center, as they can help you troubleshoot this issue in a timelier manner that we could through this forum.

If you are referring unlocking the phone so that you can use the Samsung Memoir™ Cell Phone (SGH-T929) with network provider, we cannot assist in unlocking the phone for use on another network. We hold a proprietary licensing agreement with your Service Provider and it would be in violation of this agreement to assist in unlocking the phone. Your Service Provider has these codes and should be able to provide support for this.
Please Note: Unlocking of the phone, although at the discretion of the service provider is possible, will void all Samsung warranties for support or service. Features that are available on the intended network may not be accessible on the alternate network. Features on the alternate network may not be available this phone as these features are not those of the network on which the phone was intended to be used, and therefore, are not programmed.
