Here are the file formats supported by the Galaxy Tab: MP3, MP4 / AAC, MP4 / AMR, M4A, 3GP / AAC, 3GP / AMR, WMA.

To transfer these audio files on the Galaxy Tab, please follow these steps:
> Connect the phone to the PC through the USB cable one the box with the phone
> Make sure USB mode is on mass storage
> From home screen, tap setting
>Select wireless and network
USB settings
>tap on mass storage
>When USB Connected screen appears tab mount
> on the computer select open folder to view files
> select Media folder
> then copy paste the audio files to/from the PC

Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding your concern, Front-facing Camera Lens, is a part of the built-in 1.3 megapixel camera, works with the Qik application to enable you to set up and participate in video conferences.

Qik allows users to conduct live two-way video conversations from their mobile device, and allows users to leave video messages. Similar to leaving a voice message when a recipient is not available for a voice call, users are demanding the ability to leave video messages when they attempt to share an irreproducible moment with their friend or family member.

The service also allows friends and family members to receive video messages on over 200 supported phone models, and also allows users to share moments through social networks, to stream live to the web, and to archive their important memories through a dedicated video management site at http://qik.com.

To get started, point your web browser to http://qik.com and setup a free account. Then on your GALAXY Tab launch the Qik app, login and begin video chatting with other Qik users instantly.

Note: Video quality is heavily dependent on your data speeds. Although Qik works great on 3G, you will most likely have a better experience if both parties are using Wi-Fi connectivity during a chat session.

To record video, simply launch the Camera app and then slide the Camera/Camcoder icon down to Camcorder mode. Then tap the red Record button to start and stop recordings. Use the Pause button to append recordings into one file.

Question

how can I fix the wifi problem?

Wifi just says "obtaining ip address" then tries again and again until I wipe and reset the tab to new factory condition. Then it is ok briefly then the problem occurs again.

Did you try to plug the compatible headset for the device (Galaxy S Hands free headset product ID EHS60ANNBEGSTA or EHS60ANNWEGSTA)? Or, did you use a third party headphone?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete functionality and compatibility of our phones used in conjunction with third party devices. Most issues like this may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Download unsuccessful; when downloading digital books from library

Downloaded required software per overdrive website and still receive download unsuccessful. How do I fix this. Overdrive site states galaxy does not need to be hooked to a computer to download the books.

Question

Cannot view or download Exchange Outlook attachment due to Service Policies - Disallow attachments

. I am unable to open/view any type of attachments to email sent to my Galaxy from
Exchange Server. I got an error message saying “Service Policies - Disallow attachments”. If I forward the Outlok email to my gmail account, in gmail, documents can be opened fine but not from Exchange server. There is no problem open/view attachment in iPhone with exact same settings of setting up Exchange sync. Please kindly advise.

As of the moment, Samsung is unable to speculate when/if the Android 3.0 software revision might be available for the Samsung Galaxy Tab (SGH-T849) due to the fact that this might lead to inaccurate information and confusion.

Should this become available, it will be posted on our website in the Samsung Download Center or you will be informed by your Service Provider.
