To sign into your E-mail account follow the steps below:

From the Home screen, Touch Menu
Touch Messaging
Touch E-mail
Touch an E-mail provider from the list
Enter your sign in information, using the keypad or QWERTY keyboard
Touch the check box to place a check mark next to the Keep me signed in/on or New email notifications options
Press Sign In/Sign On

There are no configurable options available to add entries to a block or reject list on the SGH-T749 (Highlight) handset.

However, you may check this option with T Mobile if they have a program that would filter your call to block a certain number.

Most issues may be resolved with minimal troubleshooting. Once troubleshooting has been done to the point of actual failure, we can setup a repair on the product, should it be determined the problem cannot be resolved over the phone. We can repair the phone, if it is still under warranty and has not been physically damaged.

If it is deemed, after troubleshooting, that the handset requires service/repair, our Repair Administrators will create a Return Material Authorization (RMA#) for the device. Provided there is no physical damage to the phone and the failure is not due to any type of liquid damage, the phone will be repaired under warranty.

If the phone has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) the standard charge will likely apply for the repairs to your phone. Charges start at $65.00 and can increase, depending upon the nature and severity of the issue. We are only able to arrange payment for these repairs through credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

The default passcode for the phone is 0000 or 00000000.

If the default passcodes did not work then we need to do a reset on the phone.

Regarding your concern, there's no option to delete/remove the account that you've registered. However if you intend to change the existing account, you can just go to your account and click on Modify your account. Then you can see there options about configuring your existing account.

Greetings!
In order to use this option, the microSD memory card must first be formatted by the phone to create the necessary folders. For instructions on how to format a microSD memory card, please follow the steps below:
To format a microSD memory card follow the steps below:
1.Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery
2.From the standby screen, press on Menu
3.Press on Settings
4.Scroll down then press on Memory Settings
5.Press on Memory Card Details
6.Press on Format
7.Press on Yes to confirm formatting the microSD Memory Card

Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. This handset does support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card. However, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB.
On the PC
1.Insert the microSD memory card into the memory card adaptor
2.Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader
3.Connect the memory card reader to the PC’s USB port
4.Copy desired MP3 files from the PC hard drive
5.Paste the MP3 files into the microSD memory card's Sounds folder
6.Remove the microSD memory card from the memory card adaptor
On the Samsung phone
7.While in standby mode, insert the microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery
8.Press on Menu
9.Press on Applications
10.Press on Files
11.Press on the drop down arrow then press on Memory Card
12.Press on Sounds
13.Press on Manage
14.Press on either Move or Copy
15.Press each MP3 file to check their boxes or press on All to check all boxes
16.Press on either Move or Copy
17.Press on Phone
18.Press on the Sounds folder
19.Press on the Music folder
20.Press on Paste Here to Move or Copy the MP3 file(s) to the handset

I can call out, but it doesn't ring when I'm called.

I have it set at sound and vibrate, volume is high and the number is correct when I call my house phone.
However the old phone is still active. Does that account need to be cancelled?
