While Samsung does not support the use of our handsets in conjunction with the Windows 7 operating system at this time, should your PC have the 32-bit version of this OS, the drivers within PC Studio may work on Windows 7 32-bit.
Unfortunately, Samsung does not currently offer drivers compatible with a 64-bit operating system. We are unable to speculate when/if this would be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may present.
You may still be able to access the mass storage features of your phone. This would allow you to drag and drop media between Windows Explorer and your handset.
Under Menu --> Settings --> Phone Settings --> USB Settings: Select the "Ask on connection" option.
Start PC studio, plug the phone into the computer using the USB cable. The phone will pop up a window, pick the PC Studio option. PC studio should find your phone.

You can download the PC studio program on the site and when that's done, connect the phone into the computer with the USB cable. When you have the PC studio program on with the phone connected, the phone will automatically be connected. Then you can just drag and drop it.

Thank you for sending us an inquiry.
There is no configurable option on the settings of the phone to send pictures to facebook. The only phones' that are capable of doing this are the Galaxy S phones.
The easiest way to transfer pictures between your phone and computer is via memory card.
To transfer pictures (via a memory card) to a PC requires a microSD Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The microSD memory card MUST first be formatted, by the phone, in order for the phone to create the destination folders. Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB.
Note: This phone will support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card. However, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB.
WARNING: Formatting the microSD Memory Card will permanently erase all data
To transfer pictures (via a memory card), from the SGH-T749 (Highlight) phone, to a PC follow the steps below:
Insert the formatted microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover Click here for instructions When correctly inserted, the memory card icon is displayed From the home screen, press on Menu Press on Applications Press on Files Press on either Images or Videos Press on Photos or Videos to view the contents Press on Manage Press on either Move or Copy Press on each image to check their box or press on All to check All boxes Press on either Move or Copy Press on Memory Card Press on Images or Videos Press on Photos or Videos Press on Paste Here to Move or Copy the Photo(s)/Video(s) to the microSD memory card Remove the microSD memory card from the memory card slot Insert the microSD memory card into the memory card adaptor Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader Insert the memory card reader into the USB slot on the PC Navigate to the Photo/Video location, inside the Pictures folder, using Windows Explorer Drag and drop or copy & paste the Photo(s)/Video(s) into the desired destination on the PC

The default passcode for the phone is "0000" or "00000000".
There is no way that we can retrieve the passcode that was set on the phone.
If the default passcode did not work then we can do a reset on the phone.
Should you desire additional assistance resolving this, we invite you to call Samsung Customer Support by phone at our toll free number 1-888-987-4357 between the hours 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Central Standard Time.

Hi there!
Thank you for your inquiry. A PIN (Personal Identification Number) code is required to unlock SIM cards. PIN code can be obtained when you contact your current service provider.
We advise you to please not enter any incorrect code unless you got the correct PIN code for the SIM card that you are using on the phone from your service provider for it might lead to accidentally blocking the SIM card.
Thank you for your continued interest in Samsung products.
