my text notification wont work? help me please?

i just got this phone, but i had this model before. my previous one was stolen so i got a replacement. my text notifications wont work. it doesnt make a sound, it doesnt vibrate, and it doesnt show up in the status bar. i have it set to do all of these things but it just wont work.

Question

How can I fix an error I received suddenly overnight: "unable to connect to server" ?

I can make calls and text message, but I have no web capability. my emails have not updated since 12:30am (01/24/12). No web or apps that involved internet are available either. I have never had this problem, it just appeared overnight. This also drains my battery - it usually lasts at least a day in a half or more, and now after a full charge (which takes about 4-5 hours), the phone dies in less than 5 hours.

Beep when fully charged

When the Exhibit II reaches full charge it beeps twice. Is there any way to prevent this? I usually charge it overnight on a table right next to my bed and don't want it to wake me up.

Question

I live in AZ and since the daylight savings change my phone has messed up my standing appts that I had already booked. How do I fix that?

I have already gone into Date and Time and put my phone on Arizona time, but nothing changed. It looks like only the repeat appts changed. For instance if I had a 1:00 appt it is now saying the appt is at 12:00. Please help. Thanks

Question

The phone freezes while ringing and I can't shut it off.

On two different occasions I got incoming calls and the phone froze. It rang continuously for about 45 minutes the first time, and about 25 minutes the second time. I could not shut the phone off or turn down the volume - nothing worked. Each time it shut off by itself. What is the solution for this?

USB Utilities

How do I connect to my computer and download content from my phone to my computer (i.e. pictures, videos) When I connect via USB it tells me to remove the cable but if its not connected it says to connect the USB cable.

Try using the original USB cable that came with the device as our products work best that way.

Once you have connected your cable to both your phone and computer, follow these instructions and you will be able to transfer files back and forth:
