Question

Why does Kies say my device does not support software upgrade?

I used Kies to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy Blaze to ICS and it worked. I'm trying to upgrade a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit but Kies says "Your device does not support software upgrade via Kies." It recognizes the device, but will not upgrade. I also cannot upgrade through the phone itself. Help?

You have to SLIDE the green answer button to the right in order to answer the call.

If you're talking about the Lookout security system, that's already installed so I don't think you need to download anything.

Specs say 4GB of Memory. When I open Storage it says 1.07GB of System Storage & 1.62GB of Usb storage. That = 2.69GB of total storage. Explain???
